Yesterday and today I ordered a taco salad. Yesterday I received no sour cream, but mistakes happen. I decided to try again today. I got a salad and chili with crackers. No taco chips, no sour cream, no dressing , and no fork (just a spoon). Since we had food for three people, holding up the line to take inventory of our meals was not the kind thing to do. I would encourage the management to train the employees to check the contents before handing the bag out the window.
The food was fine, but the wait is horrible. It seems there's usually only 2 or 3 workers. One on the speaker & cash drawer and one cooking. I understand it's not their fault, nobody will work. It's like a revolving door of new employees.
Stop at Wendy's today. This location was clean and the food was good. The food was served fast ( there wasn't anyone there at the time.) The fries were fresh (better than usual). I like the drink machine with all the different flavors.
