“Just stopped in today on my drive down enjoying the 100 Mile Yard Sale. What a wonderful surprise! First I was caught off guard when the customers spoke to us, that doesn't happen anymore. Nice surprise!
My daughter and I both got the chicken tenders special and it was sooo good, fresh and hot. Everything was delicious and excellent customer service. I will be making a trip down here again from Madison Heights just to come here.

“I’m always in a hurry when I crave a burger from this place. I started taking advantage of the drive-thru pickup window and after 3 visits, food is always ready, always hot. Having fun exploring the menu of specialty burgers. Pretty sure I’m headed for a 5-star rating.“

“I'd like to give a big shout out to the (only) Pizza Hut in Altavista. Last Sunday evening, I ordered a pizza online. About 5-10 minutes after submitting the transaction, a lady who I think was a manager called to say quite apologetic there was 3 or 4 orders ahead of me and there was only 1 delivery driver, and thus it might be close to an hour before I received my pizza. After I told her I still wanted the pizza, she told me she would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. My pizza arrived still hot between 30 - 45 minutes after originally placing the order. What great customer service! It was greatly appreciated. 👍👍“

Came in today and the cashier and the cook made it happen for me and that says a lot about the establishment unlike the one down the road that sees customers as numbers only. Wanna give a big thank you to Jennifer and the lady cook that was there too, didn’t catch her name but thank you two very much!!! It was at 4:10pm if that helps, these two deserve some recognition for putting the extra effort out to please their guest!!“
