i LOVE this hardeez every time i get food its fire, idk what these people talking about the wait is 5 minutes at most and the food is soooo good broooo i love this place its my favorite restaurant. the chicken sandwiches are sooooooooo good I LOVE HARDEES!!

Hardee's is very hit or miss. Customers have come to expect them to get the order wrong every time. Prices are high, but when they have a good team working and get the order right, customers don't mind the price. One burger was a little burnt, likely from running an already cooked one back through the track broiler. It is recommended to request freshly run patties and be willing to wait a little extra to avoid that. However, there is also just good food and good people. One cashier and a cook made it happen for a guest, putting in extra effort to please, unlike the one down the road that sees customers as numbers only. Another employee did a great job holding down the front, taking orders, getting food, keeping a positive vibe, greeting customers with a smile, and thanking them. Some locations in Altavista Virginia struggle with online orders, making mistakes like putting regular tenders into a Nashville hot chicken tender meal. This is not the first time, and it likely won't be the last.
