Hardee's is very hit or miss. Customers have come to expect them to get the order wrong every time. Prices are high, but when they have a good team working and get the order right, customers don't mind the price. Another employee did a great job holding down the front, taking orders, getting food, keeping a positive vibe, greeting customers with a smile, and thanking them. Some locations in Altavista Virginia struggle with online orders, making mistakes like putting regular tenders into a Nashville hot chicken tender meal. This is not the first time, and it likely won't be the last.
