“I’m always in a hurry when I crave a burger from this place. I started taking advantage of the drive-thru pickup window and after 3 visits, food is always ready, always hot. Having fun exploring the menu of specialty burgers. Pretty sure I’m headed for a 5-star rating.“

“My wife and I stopped in for lunch while we were in Altavista. Our hamburgers were delicious, perfectly cooked, and quite eye appealing. Our waitress was on point. It has a real down home feeling. My onion rings were also very tasty. I would recommend stopping in to everyone who wants a fast bite to eat.“

“My husband and I and our two girls had dinner at the Main Street Buffet on Thursday April 9, 2026. It was my first time eating there, and my girls first time eating there also. Most of the food we got was good. I think the only thing I would have changed is switching out the rice pudding for corn bread. Otherwise, everything else was great. I love that our waitress kept checking on us, even though she didn't introduce herself, before we told her what drinks we wanted. Overall a good dining experience. We would come back again just because our waitress was so nice, even though she didn't tell us her name.“
