“The customer service is awesome. I got there about 2pm and the place was full.I did take awhile to get a menu but I can not complain. It is not easy to run a cafe short handed.I had the chuckhouse with potatoes and coleslaw. It was well woth the short waiting time. This is one place you need to visit and bring your friends.“
“So… I got stuck here and the food is reasonably priced. I got the ribeye and it was delicious. The lady who took my order was very very super nice. If I have to come back here I will, I was informed up front that they are closed on the weekends and they aren’t 24hours BUT they sure made me feel welcomed.“
“We stumbled upon this spot walking around downtown and decided to give it a chance despite being unfamiliar with Peruvian cuisine, it was 12/10!! Every dish was artfully crafted and tasted as good as it looked, full of flavor and depth. We were blown away by the verde bistec linguini, very nice portion sizes for the price and excellent service. This is now going to be a regular food stop for us and glad that we took a chance to try something different, they will NOT disappoint! If you’re thinking about giving it a try, run don’t walk to Inka!!“
“This place is fantastic! The steak is perfect, juicy and well spiced! Better than a fine dining steak!! The ribs are delicious and have a yummy sauce. We chose the potatoes and cajaun pecan rice as sides and they are grand. The fillipino egg rolls are also a must! They are super friendly and kind, which is always a plus. Highly recommended!“
“There is power in the Skyline of Lynchburg's BEST all around restaurant and bar. Sitting on top of The Virginian and managed by the most customer concerned and personsl attentive manager Noel, the updated menu and drink list is terrific. Masters at martinis with a master chef, you will not be disappointed. Value is built in. From the best burgers to filets. Thank you Noel and your entire team for a great experience. We also are impressed with John who manages the valet, great, and professional.“
“Consistently good service and delicious food. The fried bean chimichangas are my favorite. My family loves the La Caretta and the beans and rice. The menu offers options for everyone, including vegetarians. Our favorite restaurant to visit when in Lynchburg.“
“Rosie's is the best - food, workers & service! We love their chicken salad & keep it available in the frig all the time. We get the subs every week along with lemonade & tortes - which are amazing! If you haven't had the tortes yet, try one on your next visit! Love their pies, cookies & all their desserts! ???“
“My boss orders from here pretty often and one of the owners stops by. He is a nice guy and the subs are good. I haven't tried anything but the philly and it is one of my two favorite phillys in this area. The other option isn't open for lunch, so that makes this sandwich number one at noon. One of these days I might try other menu items, but for now I'm happy ordering the same thing. If you're craving a cheese steak, skip the chains like Mike's and head down here instead.“
“Friday lunch date with my wife. She got the cheeseburger meal,& I got fish & chips.Waitress was great, the restaurant was nice & clean.Only negative was the tarter sauce for the fish had waaaay too much dill.As well as the 2 TVs I was facing didn't work,1 was froze up & the other wasn't on.3.25 ☆“
“My visit was on Thanksgiving day.My main issue was the seating,The tables weren't normal dining tables. Instead, they seemed to be card tables.I was cursed by sitting with a large left-hand person on one side on me & a right-hand person on the other. It's like I had maneuver my eating skills.Just seemed like everyone was crammed in there.“
“Food was fantastic and our server was completely on her game.We were all hungry. Burgers, fried pickles, pretzel bites were completely tasty and prepared with flare. The salad I had was great and came exactly as explained on the menu. (I appreciate the cooks and server making sure I got the dressing in ordered......thank you so much.)I would recommend going here.“
“Fantastic drinks made by an attentive, social bartender and a great choice of playlists ranging from 70's hits to jazz. The food is handcrafted, fresh and unique seeing as they have a rolling menu based on what is freshest. They are a great late night bar as well, offering engaging events like Mario Cart tournaments, DJ sets, themed parties and more. There are no stairs here to dine or go to the restroom, so it is a wheelchair accessible space. Loved our visits here and are thankful to have a local space that is so adaptable! It transitions seamlessly from a swanky dinner spot to a late night hang out.“
“We ate at The Bistro at Acorn Hill twice this month. The food was awesome as always! Wanda and her staff provide warm and friendly service each time we're there. I love their blueberry pancakes and the omelets are the best in town! I'm part of a breakfast group that meets there regularly and it's become my favorite breakfast stop!Ed Dellinger“
“On Saturday March 2nd we just stumbled across Perky’s while traveling from Florida back home to Maine. Because of the name, we stopped. The place was packed. Our only option was up to an 1-1/2 hour wait for a table or sit at the counter. Im happy we stayed and chose the counter. For the next 45 minutes we had a front row seat to Greg and his 20 yr old sidekick along with several other kitchen and wait staff feed us and a sea of other people that were seated. In all their spare time they also filled numerous take-out orders and Greg checked on those of us seated at the counter. If all they had brought us to eat was warm water and stale popcorn the price we paid to witness this well oiled synchronized chaos was well worth it, however we ordered the Salmon and Prime Rib. Both were fantastic ! Everything that came off that grill looked fantastic. In a world where quality, hustle and customer service is pretty much non-existent, we found Perky’s Restaurant a refreshing blast from the past and we intend to go out of our way to eat there again. I would suggest that you make a reservation. Had we walked in 2 minutes later, we wouldn’t have had a place to sit.“
“Took my favorite cousin and friend out to dinner for Valentines Day. Food we ordered was delicious and filling. Our only complaint was they do not have crab cakes on there menu any longer, and they don't serve bread with meals. For three of us, I paid $118, not including the tip. I felt it was a little expensive not to included bread with meals. Food was great!“
“In town to see my mom and family. This has been one of my mom's favorite restaurants for many years and I'm glad to see that with all of the changes around the mall this remains a true staple of great food and atmosphere for lunch or time with family and friends.“
“If you have been hankering for a good biscuit like your grandma made, get yourself to the Lynchburg Community Market and to #10 to see Miss Irene! The salmon cakes came highly recommend by the locals and they did not disappoint! I actually had way too much food. I was so full, I think ?that I need a nap!“
“Best steak I have eaten in Lynchburg.Now...can they repeat that well see as I absolutely plan to go back and try again. I got the NY strip. And it was cooked perfectly (med rare).Jevonti was a fantastic server, he did a great job!Thank you for letting me know that thetebis one steak house that can cook a great Steak!.A+And the dessert was so ridiculously big. And great tasting. Just a great evening with great food!“
“This is an amazing spot! The prices are affordable and the food is good and hot! To find a spot that has turkey burgers, a plus! They have been the best of the places of where I've been that actually served it! The atmosphere is friendly and they learn your name and what you normally order. I am so glad to have been able to frequent this establishment for the last past three months. Best wishes on continued success ?? ?Dietary restrictions: I am allergic beef and pork“
“Food was really good. My waitress was really really nice. BUT the hostess was not very accommodating and tried to be very difficult with us. We asked for seats inside but after 50 minute waiting, we got seated outside instead. Honestly, the hostess was just very rude to us. People who came in before us and after us got treated very differently.“
“I wish I had taken pictures of the drink menu. WOW! Their bartending skills are unmatched! Every drink we had was delicious. We shared the crab dip with the homemade pita chips. And the pita chips are not super hard and crunchy! Which is fantastic. I got the sweet and sour shrimp with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. My friend got the crab cake (+1) with a house salad and risotto. Their risotto is so creamy good! All the food was wonderful. The desserts were beautiful. Sofia, our sweet waitress was beyond kind. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.“
“We arrived to dine-in. But a large LU group of students crowded inside, &waiting to get their food ordered. The cook stated he'd cooked probably 85 or more hashbrowns faster than he had ever, just to get everyone served with Hot Food.“
“Simple and clean atmosphere with an appropriate style of dine-in seating. I like that people would face the kitchen when sitting on highchairs. Service was great. I could see that they have many regulars that would come for their food. I have tried quite a bit of the menu. Nothing stood out to me, but everything tasted okay. Perhaps it's the red color all over me. I felt compelled to eat a lot.Parking: I parked during lunchtime so this would be different if this were during dinnertime.“
“Went to eat with my MIL after running errands. Food looked fresh and has lots of choices. Pricing was good for the variety of food presented. Sushi was awesome.Kid-friendliness: Has pizza, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, french fries, chicken nuggets, and icecream. My kids always liked eating there.“
“Great menu of classic comfort foods! We always leave full and satisfied and the staff really hustles to get you your food quickly. Great artworks in every room set the Colonial theme of early America make this our favorite road restaurant.Parking: Plenty of space for cars, trucks and trailers.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance, front door area a little tight. Once inside plenty of aisle room and table spaces you can pull up to“
