“My first time there and 5 stars across the board. I had the turkey club wrapped in lettuce and onion rings. My wrap was nicely put together, not sloppily made...2 thumbs up and my onion rings were just a little crunchy just like I like them. ? I will be back again...Soon! ? Didn't get a pic, didn't have my phone but next time I will take one. ?“

“So so impressed! Fantastic lakeside food at small mom and pop restaurant. Plenty outdoor seating. Young lady informed us when she saw my credit card come out they are cash only but she worked around it and ill be mailing them a check tomorrow for our lunch. While im not sure when ill be back to Smith Mountain this will certainly be my lunch stop! Ill bring cash this time though.“

“I understand that Blackwater Cafe is under new management, now. During my visit it was not. The food was very good( I had the burger and fries). The service was fast and customer service was good. The only complaint that I would have is the operational hours are odd and need to be reconsidered.“

“Got a 2 bedroom with a great view. Met some really nice people from different areas while staying here. The unit has no carpet which is great for cleaning, just able to hear everything going on inside when trying to sleep, being there's nothing to catch the sound. Would recommend the stay.“

“We had dinner last evening at Napoli by the lake. It was my wife's birthday, so I wanted to make it Special and Special is what it was. Our server was Josh who was very professional. He was attentive without being annoying. His recommendations we spot on the Seafood Special was delicious and the calamari was very good. We will be back.“
