“My husband and I went in to try some lunch one day and it was absolutely delicious. We went back the next day to try the breakfast and it was hands down the best breakfast. We've now taken our family with us and every time we ask the kids where they want to eat, they always pick Chip and Jo's. Great food, great service. It's hard to find good food and good service like this anymore. We highly recommend!“

“This place is a fantastic find as we traveled south. I've pinned it to our next trip south so that we can experience something new next visit. The food and craft beer were spot on. Can't wait for our next visit!Parking: Plan ahead, they get busy during the dinner rush. It's still well worth the wait. Your not going to find any better for at least a hundred miles.“

Tankard Bowl with Gingerberry Smoothie

“I’ve always wanted to try. There are some things that could make this a 5 star experience.First things first, a smoothie and a wrap cost me over $20 and that was with a tip. Without the tip is was $17 and change. That is very expensive. The smoothie was pretty basic, it didn’t have that veggie taste I’m used too. And maybe it’s the smoothie I got but it was really sweet and it was hard to know if it was a healthy smoothie vs. sugar loaded because there are no calories listed. They appear to be a ‘health food place’. They sell salads, soups, wraps, and smoothie bowls. But there are zero calories for any item. That’s a no no for me as I am currently tracking my calories. I feel like they should take the time to figure out the calorie counts for what they make. That can be done for free on myfitnesspal by creating your own recipe. My wrap was actually good and very fresh. I wouldn’t mind trying other wraps here but again, because I am on a strict diet, I need to know the calories. Maybe it’s 400 calories and maybe it’s 800? There is no telling so I wouldn’t recommend it as a regular spot for people on specialized diets.Lastly, the cashier was nice but she wasn’t really helpful or engaging and it was my first time there. Friendlier cashiers and listing calories at a minimum would result in a higher rating from me.“

“This restaurant is fantastic. The food is delicious, perfectly cooked and with unexpectedly fantastic presentation. Much better than I expect from a diner. The staff are helpful and friendly, and seem to enjoy being here. Very clean too. Atmosphere was friendly and neighborly. There are cute little signs here and there that give character without being kitschy. The dessert case looks amazing too, but unfortunately I was too full on my visit to try any of the pastries!“
