Parking: Free parking but it was busy and if it was really busy might have difficultly finding parking.“

The wings were good but the jerk rub lacked salt (which is surprising since most rubs usually have the opposite problem lol) and I didn't get the celery and carrots I paid extra for. 3.5 experience out of 5“

We chose from the weekend brunch menu and were not disappointed. The omelet was fluffy but needed salt. It was probably made with 5 eggs as it was huge and very tasty, with vegetables and spinach. I would have added some cheese to bring it all together. Hash browtns were good, and all the food was served very hot. Service was impeccable. Ate outside on the patio, and it was pleasant and breezy. The chairs make an unbelievably loud sound on the concrete floor, and the table was beautiful but rocked no matter how it was turned. Overall, it was a very pleasant meal in a great setting with attentive servers.

We went back for the delicious weekend brunch, reviewed above. Boy, what a change from this summers visit. Waitstaff seemed eager to please, but was possibly new due to some information and behaviors. We ordered water and beverages. Waitstaff had to make 2 trips bc only brought one water. Had to make another trip for the creamer for the coffee. We ordered the vegetable omlet and asked if we could have rye instead of white toast. At first, waitstaff said they were not sure if the restaurant had rye bread. Was then asked if we wanted it as a side. If the restaurant doesn't have rye, how could it be supplied as a side? Waitstaff seemed flustered, so we just consented and said just bring us what it comes with. The omelet, which at our summer visit was light, fluffy and thick with possible 4 eggs and plump with filling.. Today's omlet was grease coated and thin, probably 2 eggs, with not much filling. The Hash Browns were small ends of french fries, but the ketchup was good. Refills were brought in a timely manner. The atmosphere was somewhat dark. Think it will be awhile until we go back again.“

“Wow. Normally when I review a food place I post a photo along with it. No time for pictures here, biscuit was just too good to waste time with picture taking. I had a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, and it filled me up. Biscuit was delicious with that bottom little crust, sausage was good and didn't need anything else.
My partner had sausage gravy plate, and was glad she just had a single. (I wish she got two, so I could finish it off!) Gravy was good too! This was our first time here, but we'll definitely be back!

“My husband and I first visited The Hotel Roanoke last year for a "mini-moon" after our marriage. This year, we revisited for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. To add to the festivities, we dine our first night at The Regency Room. The food is spectacular. The music is amazing. The environment is breath taking. The service is out-of-this-world! Would like to take a moment to thank the host for his hospitality, kindness and going out of his way to make each guest feel special. The second night of our trip he saw us walk by the dining room and followed us to the elevator to say "Hello" and to "Come see him again." I am still so impressed and touched by the gesture.“

“Awesome place to go for Burgers, Beer, and Ciders... The Donut Cider was Delicious... I had the Heart Attack Burger with Sweet Potatoe Fries... also AWESOME!!! The Heart Attack Burger is a bacon cheeseburger with pulled pork on top. Cooked to perfection. I had a Pumpkin Beer with it that I'm already wanting to go back for. Pretzels were also great- the mustard is to die for... onion rings fresh and crisp. Wife had a Whistle Stop Bacon Cheeseburger which she absolutely loved. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.“

The restaurant is also always clean and presentable, which we appreciate! Jess (the manager) is always so kind and is a pleasure to talk with. “Hair in the food!! Yuk! I ordered mushrooms for a side with my steak. As I was eating them, I looked down and there was a hair in them! They took them back and brought more. I had already lost my appetite by then. My husband also ordered a side of mushrooms, when he was finished, he looked in the bottom of the bowl, and yep! You guessed it, there was a hair in his too. When I brought it to the managers attention, he said it's probably just part of the mushroom. NO!! I know the difference between a hair and a piece of mushroom. We were only discounted ONE DOLLAR, and basically laughed at. We will never go back again!!“

“Love the pizza which we ordered this time, we have ordered in the past and everything has been so delicious, so far, we have had the Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms and the cheesecake and cannoli also we have had the salad with chicken.
