“Hubby and I went for an early Valentine's Day dinner. I was skeptical choosing this location since the last few visits, the food has not been as great as Benjamin's is known for (something I've noticed a lot in the last year or so with other local restaurants -- the food quality in general has dropped). I ordered the special of the Cajun pork chops which were amazing and hubby ordered the filet which was an 8/10. We both got the brussels with bacon jam which is phenomenal! Our waitress Lindsay was awesome as well.The only negatives to note. --- this restaurant is small and quaint, it is a local gem, but it is desperately in need of some cosmetic updating. Also, we were aware that they charged a fee for using credit cards, but we paid with a debit card and were still charged the fee --- we were in a hurry, so we didn't make a fuss about it. If it happens again on our next visit, we will be sure to say something.“

“This place is fantastic! The steak is perfect, juicy and well spiced! Better than a fine dining steak!! The ribs are delicious and have a yummy sauce. “My boss orders from here pretty often and one of the owners stops by. He is a nice guy and the subs are good. I haven't tried anything but the philly and it is one of my two favorite phillys in this area. The other option isn't open for lunch, so that makes this sandwich number one at noon. “So… I got stuck here and the food is reasonably priced. I got the ribeye and it was delicious. The lady who took my order was very very super nice. If I have to come back here I will, I was informed up front that they are closed on the weekends and they aren’t 24hours BUT they sure made me feel welcomed.“
“I wish I had taken pictures of the drink menu. WOW! Their bartending skills are unmatched! Every drink we had was delicious. We shared the crab dip with the homemade pita chips. And the pita chips are not super hard and crunchy! Which is fantastic. I got the sweet and sour shrimp with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. My friend got the crab cake (+1) with a house salad and risotto. Their risotto is so creamy good! All the food was wonderful. The desserts were beautiful. Sofia, our sweet waitress was beyond kind. “It's out in the middle of a busy mall, so you'd better be a people-watcher and not mind having a lot of random people stroll by you. The plus (or minus?) of that is you invariably see people you know, and they'll see you; they may even join you! Three of stopped there while running errands - I had a couple of beers, the 2nd in our group also just had a beer and the 3rd had a beer and a cheeseburger with fries. The beer was cold and they use one of those beer tap systems that fills the glass from the bottom up, so you get beer and not a lot of foam. Also, there's these neat keepsake 'fridge magnets in the bottom of each glass (that seals up the filling port in the bottom of the glass...). The Cheeseburger was a good size, where the 3rd cut a bit off for the 2nd and myself. Very, very good taste and looked nice as well. Fries were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.“

Four minutes later, the steaks arrived while we were still eating our salad. Then, the appetizer arrived. We had the appetizer, salad, and entree all arriving in 4 minutes of each other.“
