The food is amazing!! I had the Philly brisket, street corn, hush puppies, some wings,and catfish. Everything was delicious
Philly Brisket sandwich suggested by owner was AMAZING!! And we are from Philly. Her homemade BBQ sauce was a fantastic addition. I would love to eat there again. 10 out of 10

The Yard on 5th Street is a great restaurant and a fun, safe environment with a great atmosphere. It is considered a treasure and a nice surprise for the community. The owners are fabulous, pleasant, and attentive, creating a true labor of love. The food is delicious and grat, with the collard greens being particularly amazing. While one customer did not get to try the food, another had a great meal at lunch.
The establishment is also a super fun place to go at night. Customers have danced the night away to a D.J. who played all requests. The environment is fun and safe, with everyone being super nice and providing good vibes. One waitress was spectacular, though another server caused a minor issue with a drink order and change. Despite this, the experience was worth the visit and the restaurant is well worth checking out for a good time. It is a place where you can shake it on the floor and enjoy great people.
