The restaurant is no longer open 24/7, closing around 12 P.M. There are complaints that management only scheduled one server and one cook, even knowing a large crowd would show, such as after a Metallica concert. This led to a packed house and slow service, with locals having to help seat people. Despite this, the staff who were working were wonderful and deserve raises. One reviewer, a 40-year railroad worker, called it the best place they ever ate at with the best people. Overall, it is a typical Denny's dining experience with great staff but poor management.
