“Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or "sandwich artist" was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn't mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn't busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn't fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. Will go back to this location, definitely want to try the new sub that has avocado on it.“

“I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at this McDonald's during my business trip. The restaurant was spotless, and I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. The restrooms were impeccably clean, setting a positive tone right from the start. When I ordered, the same staff member was incredibly helpful, informing me of the specials and making me feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. I don't know the name of the staff member, but she had glasses and was super friendly. I would highly recommend her for some recognition for being such an amazing and great employee. Overall, a truly pleasant visit that exceeded my expectations!“

“Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“Hadn’t been to Blaze Pizza in about a month, and things have changed a little. I am very impressed with the new salad choices. I had the Pesto Bacon this time, and it was
Superb. In addition to a half pizza. After it came out of the oven, the pizza oven master asked me if I would like a sauce topping. He said that the honey was a favorite, so I went with his advice. Let’s say from now on, I will be trying the rest of the sauce toppings they have. This visit was my best visit yet. The staff were very helpful and friendly at the Lynchburg, VA location. “Shout out to Detonia for her amazing service! She went out of her way to assist me with a food order that was incorrect (helping a new teammate!) Unfortunately, the order ended up being made incorrectly again but I was so hungry by the time I got home that I that I ate it anyway. I was disappointed to have paid extra for extra cheese but received barely a sprinkle. I had to really inspect it to see if any cheese was on it at all. I order this item regularly and knew I needed to pay for the extra cheese and have always received an ample portion on my previous orders. :(“

“Whoever is leading and running this Wendy's location deserves a raise, likewise the other employees as well! I usually don't review chain fast food restaurants very often but at this location the food quality is better, the atmosphere is kept up well and the employees are respectful, kind and diligently listen to and take your order. Am I saying thay this Wendy's tastes like and is equivalent to a fancy dining establishment? Not at all but what I am saying is that I am from Appomattox County and I will use my gas and time to eat at this Wendy's any day over the one in Appomattox. It all starts with leadership and the leadership at this location is doing a stellar job.“

“3/30/22 Ordered our subs through the app for the first time because we figured the store would be busy. Tonight is their fund raiser for the Special Olympics. As expected, the store was very busy. Picked up our order and headed home. Everything we ordered was exceptional! Hot subs were hot, each requested change had been made correctly and it was ready when promised! “10/10 experience. As someone who has been in the restaurant/ hospitality industry for almost 10 years, this team, their problem solving, and customer relations skills are absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable, I came through the drive through and ordered a Crunchwrap combo, there were a few mistakes, I brought my order back inside and informed the team and they fixed all of my issues with zero backlash and were extremely apologetic. They went above and beyond, had my remake out in no time, and the team apologized for the situation. All of the team members on duty were BEYOND kind, accommodating and apologetic. We all know things happen, mistakes happen, but it’s not about that, it’s about how you handle the situation. The only downside was on my end, I forgot to ask their names so I could mention them in my review. Once again, 10/10, no notes. “This location of Pizza Hut is usually somewhat good at providing service and updates to your order. busy times you will probably be waiting for much longer than you want and but this is a dine in location so there is usually seating available for waiting in-store. They do keep your food in the warmer if you are not there to pick it up at the time is it finished. Some management personnel are more positive and helpful than other management on duty...“

We bought one of everything and he just smiled and had such good customer service. I don't often visit this McDonald's on Timberlake Rd in Lynchburg VA but it was very clean and everything was nice. The young man and young lady working the window were some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. I've ate here often and would say about 90% of the time fresh fries as well! If you live between this Hardee's and the one in rustburg,trust me come to this one. The rustburg Hardee's is just horrible,this one is exactly how Hardee's should be! But even if you don't live between the 2. You won't be disappointed. I will say the inside seems a bit dated and out of touch but that's the only negative thing I can say about this Hardee's. It's a gem!“

She was so nice and so happy and so joyful and coming to the window and she was just smiling and just happy to serve us. I just grabbed a happy meal the kids meal for my special-needs son. “Amazing experience at this McDonalds! The manager here, Clayton, gave us 25 free breakfast sandwiches for us to serve to a local police department to show them appreciation, and then he threw in a bunch of free apple pies on top of the sandwiches we asked for! He made the process of coordinating the order seamless. He was very generous and they had the food ready at 6:30 AM right on time for us. Thank you to the manager Clayton!
