But boy oh boy was I in for a surprise when I took the first bite of Ma D’s Philly cheese steak! It was seriously SO delicious. Phillys I’ve had from other venders didn’t leave an impression. But Ma Ds Philly will have ya coming back for more! My family can’t wait to try more of their items! Food that you can TASTE the love in! 10 out of 10 🙌🏼“

“I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at this McDonald's during my business trip. The restaurant was spotless, and I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. The restrooms were impeccably clean, setting a positive tone right from the start. When I ordered, the same staff member was incredibly helpful, informing me of the specials and making me feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. I don't know the name of the staff member, but she had glasses and was super friendly. I would highly recommend her for some recognition for being such an amazing and great employee. Overall, a truly pleasant visit that exceeded my expectations!“

“Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or "sandwich artist" was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn't mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn't busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn't fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. Will go back to this location, definitely want to try the new sub that has avocado on it.“

I usually don't review chain fast food restaurants very often but at this location the food quality is better, the atmosphere is kept up well and the employees are respectful, kind and diligently listen to and take your order. Am I saying thay this Wendy's tastes like and is equivalent to a fancy dining establishment? Not at all but what I am saying is that I am from Appomattox County and I will use my gas and time to eat at this Wendy's any day over the one in Appomattox. “Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“I LOVE THIS TACO BELL!! they always bless me up, my food is always right and hot when i get it. one time the (i’m assuming manger) accidentally gave me the wrong order and he sprinted out of the building and ran through the parking lot while i was driving away to stop me to fix my order and gave me a coupon for a free taco. the same male employee (he’s giving maybe supervisor/manager?) who works nights is super nice and remembers me when i come through and makes a point to say hi and ask how i’m doing.“

Picked up our order and headed home. Everything we ordered was exceptional! Hot subs were hot, each requested change had been made correctly and it was ready when promised! “I stopped by the Wendy’s on Memorial Avenue around 11:30 today and went through the drive-through. I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. The young man and young lady working the window were some of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. They were smiling, joyful, and even softly singing worship music while they worked.

You could tell they truly enjoyed what they were doing and enjoyed working together. That kind of positive spirit is rare and it genuinely brightened my day. Whoever they are, Wendy’s is lucky to have them. Their kindness made a bigger impact than they probably realize.“

“My burger always taste fresh and it’s always hot. I have never gotten cold fries either. I wish drive-through wasn’t on a timer because if I don’t order way ahead of time, I always have to move up. It just gets annoying. They need to do away with the timer.“

“One of my favorite things to get at McDonald’s is always the fries but unfortunately, this location is very inconsistent in this area. Often the fries are under or over done and don’t have that nice crisp you desire. Otherwise it is your standard McDonald’s fare and service. One pro is that this location still has a PlayPlace which I have had my kids enjoy.“

The manager here, Clayton, gave us 25 free breakfast sandwiches for us to serve to a local police department to show them appreciation, and then he threw in a bunch of free apple pies on top of the sandwiches we asked for! He made the process of coordinating the order seamless. He was very generous and they had the food ready at 6:30 AM right on time for us. Thank you to the manager Clayton! “I went in around 3:50 pm, I don't know her name but a lady that was African America with glasses took my order, I ordered a tuna sandwich, and she was great! She had great customer service, was relating to a good tuna sandwich lol, was sweet and upbeat.
