The food is good and fast service. I don't like how they give you the food and accept your payment. It's ridiculous giving you the food in a plastic box and now giving you change in a to go plastic cup. if you can take my money in a hand to hand exchange you can do the same with my change.
After a terrible experience at this location previously, I really appreciated how Shannon handled everything tonight. During our last visit, we waited over 49 minutes while employees were in the dining area playing with their children instead of assisting customers or preparing orders. We ultimately never received our food, had to drive to the Timberlake Road location, and ended up spending twice as much that night. We were given a coupon because of that experience.
