Got food from here for dinner tonight. It was the worst food I have ever gotten from a KFC. The chicken was all dried out, the biscuits were hard, and the corn was dried out and burnt. I wouldn't recommend going to this KFC ever.

I didn’t come here to thrash anyone or there establishment just share a photo of a piece of thigh ate today at kfc it was great and I love kfc but I believe this is it for me with chicken period.

Very good. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, the nuggets are tasty (11 herbs & spices), the restaurant is up to date & clean, overall a really nice experience. It was great for a late lunch!
How is someone gonna ask for a 6pc family meal and 2 famous bowl. And only get one and the 6pc was put only in a box falling out the box. And the sides are in small baby bowls like im gonna feed the 2 boys and the wife and I off that really. I'll just go to Popeyes for now on!!

Need to open the bar back up. The atmosphere was not that good. Because there is no other people there to enjoy your food while they are talking and enjoying theirs. So I think that will help if that was back open but that's just me.

As I was waiting for my mobile order I heard a woman say make the mobile orders wait and focus on drive thru. Last time coming here. Timberlake store is much better.

I love the chicken, I don't get to eat there much. It is one of my go tos.
We are seniors that have been going to this KFC for years. We ordered a 2 and 3 piece meal and requested butter for the biscuits and BBQ sauce for the chicken. We were told that each packet would cost an additional 55 cents each! I responded that we have never paid for condiments. He (the manager) said we should have been charged and only orders with Tenders get condiments with their meal. Ridiculous!!!Chick Fila is right next door and never charges for condiments. He did give me a BBQ sauce grudgingly (but no butter).This must be part of their “sales prevention” program. We will think twice about eating at this KFC where our business is not valued.As a footnote: the music is cranked up way too loud making it hard to converse with the person across the table from you.
