“First time trying, and ordered delivery online. Will definitely get lunch from here again!! I got the cranberry turkey on cibatta (with a slight change for my preference), with macaroni salad, a rootbeer float and a couple of cookies (for later of course).The sandwich is perfect!, the macaroni salad is just like I would make it myself, and enjoying my float (even doing it myself, which is perfect).... and the cookies are really big!. great experience worth the try!!“

“Sisi was AMAZING! ❤ We stopped at this Subway in a gas station in VA on our way to a conference, and when they didn’t have pizza, I had no idea what to get 😂 Sisi came to the rescue and recommended the nachos! She was so sweet, helpful, and friendly, and she made sure I felt welcomed. Her customer service really stood out, and she deserves all the recognition for it! You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys helping people, and Sisi definitely has that quality. Subway needs more people like her! ❤😊“

“Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or "sandwich artist" was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn't mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn't busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn't fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. Will go back to this location, definitely want to try the new sub that has avocado on it.“

“3/30/22 Ordered our subs through the app for the first time because we figured the store would be busy. Tonight is their fund raiser for the Special Olympics. As expected, the store was very busy. Picked up our order and headed home. Everything we ordered was exceptional! Hot subs were hot, each requested change had been made correctly and it was ready when promised! “I came in around sixish on Thursday August 27th. I had never been to River Ridge since Im from an hour and a half away. The two gentlemen who were working were incredibly kind and helpful with helping me decide what to order, and my pita sandwich was AWESOME.“

“One of the best ham subs I’ve had from Subway . Apparently the lady with glasses is from Richmond and worked at several locations so she knows how to make good subs . They were talking a bit too much and not paying attention and I also think they were slightly rude if you ask me but I think overall they are a good location . It’s clean .
