“The food was great once I got the order almost right. I was trying to make things simple. My brother was in the hospital and the doctor said he has to eat so he picked a baked potato from McAllister with extra sour cream and butter , I said just put extra sour cream and butter in all 3 orders but bag one potato separately. The other 2 have sandwiches with them and they can go together. That simple directions caused more time fixing the whole order and all I needed was just to put 1 potato in a separate bag to go to the hospital didn’t matter witch one they were to be all alike to make it easy. 🤷🏽‍♀️“

“Great location , little bigger than usual subway restaurent , lot of dinning chairs , clean space , ample parking, well maintained restrooms , staffs are welcoming and friendly , portions/ingredients are fresh(except spinach), May be on that day?. Staffs was attentive and happy to serve you. If you are looking for subway near this area and you got this. One star reduction is for the spinach not being fresh and my first preferred bread honey oat was not available.“

“BP and Subway Store 127 in Verona Virginia is so blessed to have Ms Megan working there. She was sweet, polite, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to help and accommodate me. I had eye surgery at UVA yesterday. I am struggling to see with only one bad eye without contacts or glasses. I can not emphasize how kind and fast Megan worked filling my family's and other customers orders. She graciously helped me order. She is a great asset to this store showing her skilled management of employees, knowledge, efficiency and empathy. She quickly helped coworkers fill multiple orders while helping other employees navigate and fly through the checkout process with ease. The store is very clean and stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this store for the weary traveler, family or anyone. If you are a veteran, special needs or have family members who are you can stop here knowing all will be taken care of with love and respect.

“I've been here several times around lunch time and have always had a good experience. Service was prompt and the food seemed fresh. I've never seen the dining room very busy during lunch hours, but there's usually a short line when I come. There is not a lot of parking however.“
