“Had a great experience at the Subway in Moneta, VA! The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and my sandwich was made perfectly. Justine was especially outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the visit even better. It's employees like Justine who keep customers coming back. Highly recommend this location!“

“My buddy Jason suggested that we go to Hardee’s for breakfast, but it’s a 30 min drive from where we are in Union Hall. Even so, he convinced me to make the trip to “the brand new Hardee’s” and, my God, am I glad we came. First off, KK and Debra were here and I found it quite serendipitous for us to have run into them. They were kind and welcoming and even engaged in our silly banter. For that reason alone, we will be making breakfast at Hardee’s a recurring activity. Add on top of that the fact that the food was amazing (I had the Homestyle sausage, egg and cheese breakfast burrito… Jason had everything else) and, yeah, I was a happy camper. I have no idea who’s rating this place poorly but they need to have their head checked. 😍🥰“

“My wife ordered a ham and cheese slider and Mac and cheese. Both had to be taken back to be reheated. The slider was actually never heated to begin with and the person who prepared it stated that he didn't know that the sandwich was supposed to be heated.“

“We've been to this Subway many times but this time it wasn't as good. They didn't have the bread we wanted and they didn't have the desert we asked for. They seemed to be out of many things ... don't know why but it was not a great experience.“

“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“I ordered sandwiches 2-days in advance, for my guests coming for the 4th of July. Everything was ready, on-time, and excellently marked, All the condiments and add-ons (tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) were also excellently packed. My guests and I were very happy with the choices and presentation. Great job, Subway!“
