Fries and pies were not hot. Pies were cool.
I ordered 2 buffalo chicken box combos, and a steak n cheese sandwich. Used the $4 off 20 in app deal. Tons of food. For 22 bucks. Great staff and service.
Not sure if the person working was having a bad day but they were very unpleasant I said my please and thank you like usual and they didn't say you're welcome or any kind of manners even once and the food tasted good but it was so hot I had to wait at least 20 minutes it was like they stuck it in the microwave on high power for too long

Arby's is a restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and good food. The staff is so friendly and the food is always prepared so nicely. Special requests are handled well, ensuring quick and fresh orders. The roast beef is good and the classic chicken sandwich is also good. Potato Cakes are hot and excellent. While staff yell for dine in customers to come up to receive their order, the service remains welcoming and provides amazing customer service.
