“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“The owner's son is not disabled and parks for extended periods in the handicapped parking when he is not doing anything for the coffee shop and has been documented shooting birds at disabled people who try to park in the handicapped parking that ask him to move and saying he doesn't have to let handicapped people use the handicapped parking spot because his mom owns the coffee shop. I do not recommend Little Green Hive Grandin for anyone who has a disability or cares about people who are disabled.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. Love this Starbucks 😭😭“

“I had the spinach feta wrap. It is good and I ordered a lot. But it is a reheated wrap. The ends are a little.. not crusty.
Service was fine but not over the top.
I'll go to the Starbucks fairly often because it is close to medical buildings where I have appointments. I wish it weren't quite so dark inside.“

The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. “I've been going to this location for years. If every Dunkin was like this, Starbucks would never see me. Super friendly, never got an order wrong, and above and beyond service. Not grumpy, can't be bothered workers who act like your mere presence is an inconvenience, but friendly and courteous. And honestly, a boost in mood every time, and that's BEFORE I drink my coffee. Absolutely will continue to go. On my recent visit, 8/01/2026, the morning workers were phenomenal in particular. Great job!!!“

“My husband and I stopped by this small, cute ice cream and coffee shop to try their ice cream, and we absolutely loved it! I got the Raspberry Chocolate Chip, and he chose the Butter Pecan. Both flavors were incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
What we also loved is that they offer so many different drinks, including bubble tea, smoothies, coffees, lemonades, and more, so there’s something for everyone.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and great customer service made this place stand out.
We will definitely be coming back soon to try some of their drinks. Highly recommend this hidden gem!“

“Let me start by saying I do work fairly close to this location therefore I guess you could consider me a ‘regular’ when I am in office. The staff is always pleasant and when things have been wrong in the past there have been no issues with getting them switched out and or fixed. Additionally, this location offers mini samples of both food and drinks for customers to try — sometimes & no this is not upon request. The team works together effectively to ensure that the job is done when I have been in the store — both packed & as the only customer in there. They have a wide selection of merchandise available for purchase and most of the time things are on sale as well. Although this is not a corporate store and does not always offer the same menu items as others they still have a good variety of options available.
Before bashing the location and or workers
— ask to speak with a manager perhaps they are easy to talk to and as previously stated I have had no issues with my interactions with them.“
