“We own a coffee shop in another state. We visit small coffee shops during our travels for inspiration. The atmosphere and branding of Little Green Hive is really nice. The staff was friendly. I ordered a London Fog. The oat milk did not froth well (I would suggest using a different brand.) I think the syrup was omitted even after being asked what flavors I wanted. We tossed the drink and grabbed another one down the road. Cute shop, though. I'll have to give it another try sometime to see if the drink experience was a fluke.“

“When we travel, we check out coffee shops to get ideas for the one we own. I almost didn't go in because it looks vacant, but the fellow sitting outside with a cup was my sign of life. The shop was quiet (could use some music), but the service was excellent. We had just stopped at a other shop minutes prior. They had a better atmosphere, but could not compete with the drink from Mill Mountain. Don't overlook this unassuming coffee shop.“

It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“When this Starbucks first opened, our coffee was great. And up until the last month or two, it has been consistent. But lately, my standard order (grande 3-pump white mocha, no whip) has been very lackluster. I used to frequently say they were "perfect", but I haven't had one that was really good in weeks. However, I was disappointed with the coffee. The espresso didn’t have that fresh-bean taste I look for, and my caramel latte was lacking in caramel flavor. While it’s a nice spot to sit and work, I’d love to see an improvement in the quality of the coffee to make it a fully enjoyable experience.“

“A great Starbucks. The location is good as it is near downtown, there is ample seating, and the baristas are very nice. Prices are a little high compared to a few years ago, but that is probably due to inflation. Parking: Plenty of free parking but there are a few other businesses there so sometimes it might be difficult to find a parking space.“

“This is by far one of my most favorite restaurants! I was celebrating an event, which they recognize and celebrated with me! Our server was excellent and provided great recommendations for food and drinks. We ate the boar sausage, the scallops appetizer, the burger, and the pecan ice cream dessert. All of it was excellent! We were sad to leave and highly recommend anyone go there!“

“I go here all the time and it is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The baristas are all extremely friendly (especially Bri) and provide excellent service. The seating is nice inside as well as outside- love that they made the outside patio an all-season area with heaters and fans and such. If I had to say one downside about the place is the parking situation- very small parking lot and I constantly see people with trailers trying to park in here and in-turn plug up the parking lot because there is nowhere to turn around. I know there is an empty lot next to starbucks- maybe one day there could be an expansion to the parking lot for these types of people with larger vehicles? If not, maybe just some signage or something to avoid traffic backups in the parking lot.

Parking: If you have a RV, trailer, or camper, please don't park in the parking lot. It is really hard to turn around and the spots are not big enough. Please park on Friendship road and walk in.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. I enjoyed my drink and the air conditioning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!“

“My husband and I first visited The Hotel Roanoke last year for a "mini-moon" after our marriage. This year, we revisited for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. To add to the festivities, we dine our first night at The Regency Room. The food is spectacular. The music is amazing. The environment is breath taking. The service is out-of-this-world! Would like to take a moment to thank the host for his hospitality, kindness and going out of his way to make each guest feel special. The second night of our trip he saw us walk by the dining room and followed us to the elevator to say "Hello" and to "Come see him again." I am still so impressed and touched by the gesture.“

“I was incredibly impressed with my second experience at this McDonald’s. We have come here to let the kids play in the play area and today someone’s kid pooped in the there. We told the employees and immediately they had someone come in to disinfect the entire play area. They took us seriously, got us another milk as my toddler dropped his as we were talking, and were so personal. Definitely will be coming back to this McDonalds even though there is one right by my house.“
