“Why go to Starbucks? This is a great local place for coffee and food. The staff were charming, professional and friendly. The coffees were what we needed and the egg and bacon burrito was exactly right and delicious. We were in a hurry so got our order to go, but reluctantly because the place itself is so welcoming. Next time we’ll take the time to sit by the fire.“
“I've been stopping by Bahama Sno Shack my entire life and today's snow cone was the absolute best I've ever had. The lady who helped us was very friendly and said they'd recently switched to Breyers ice cream and they make all of their own syrups. It was lovely, stop by a grab one for yourself and see ☺️“
“It was so quiet in there - I loved it! Got through a bunch of emails I needed to get through. It's fall, so I tried the specialty Campfire drink with toffee flavor. It was delicious!!!!The service was great as well. She was happy and bubbly and made me laugh. Can't wait to try something else new there!!!“
“Move over Starbucks, I have a new favorite coffee spot. My fiancé and I had a pleasure meeting the owner at Cello coffee house & cafe Saturday evening. Not only was he friendly, welcoming and just a genuinely great man, he served up the best coffee! We tasted a few of his homemade ice cream flavors and they were the better than anything you could get from any container. We even brought home baklava and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. We love supporting these small businesses that pack a punch in our community with such amazing products. If you are ever downtown, make sure to give them a visit! You will NOT be disappointed.“
“Every Wednesday Sidecar has a Neighborhood Night with a 3 Course Menu Special which they email you ahead of time in order for you to have time to make a reservation if you think you would enjoy the items mentioned. This Wednesday, the appetizer was Seared Sea Scallops, the main entrée was Beeler's Duroc Pork Chop, and for dessert Biscoff Ice-cream. I happen to like these three items so I decided to make a reservation and go try out this restaurant for the first time. I arrived at 5:00pm sharp to my reservation and was greeted by the friendly host with a welcome smile. I was impressed by the warm atmosphere of the place with lots of wood accents and hunter green painted wall lined up with booths on one side and a long bar with many stools on the other side. At front there are a couple of small rooms with a few tables as well. The host took me to one of the booths in the center of the restaurant and the waiter came by to introduce himself and bring a glass of cold water that had a wonderful taste. In water the more tasteless it is makes for the best taste. I told the waiter that I was going to have the Neighborhood Night Menu of the Day and I also ordered a few slices of a Baguette with butter to start with while I waited for the food to be ready. The Seared Sea Scallops appetizer arrived and was outstanding. The waiter came by my booth at the appropriate times to check on me and fill my glass of water with more cold water. The Pork Chop main course was a nice size and very tasty. I was very satisfied with the portion size and with the flavorful cuisine. After feeling full and very satisfied with the food. I asked for the dessert that was truly a sweet complement to complete this wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for when you want to have a nice gourmet dinner, alone or with family and friends.“
“Crumbles cinnamon rolls are simply the best in downtown! They have a good cup of coffee and good biscuits too! And the prices aren't terrible. I've paid more and been less pleased at other breakfast places downtown that I could name. Crumbles staff is ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS make me feel like they are glad to see me walk in the door, and ALWAYS wish me a great day! It is a pleasure to be a semi regular customer. Best wishes!“
“More and more often there's service issues here. Today there was no ordering ahead with the app then with only one vehicle ahead of me to order at the drive through it took 18 minutes to get through. They were out of most breakfast items but I couldn't find out until in line. Started going to other vendors and other less convenient locations“
“This place is great! They have a couple of gluten-free pastry options, some delicious breakfast and lunch items, and a bunch of fun drink options. Drinks include coffee, lattes and smoothies; check out the menu pics for details.Atmosphere is chill, well lit and has nice natural light coming in the big front windows.Service was exceptional, friendly, helpful and quick. We're in town visiting friends and we'll definitely be back to One Love.Dietary restrictions: Some gluten-free options. Typical milk alternatives.“
“They do such an amazing job supplying and keeping our coffee needs stocked here at Bellacino's. They are always friendly and accommodating. There are hardly ever mistakes made, but when there is a mistake it is easily handled and done so in a polite friendly manner. I highly recommend H & C coffee especially for restaurants. They go above and beyond to make your experience great, and the coffee and tea tastes fantastic.“
“My favorite place to come in the area. Spacious but cozy, and really great on a rainy day. The Enigma roast that they have today (11/21/2023) is probably my favorite roast I have had from here, and I really love all of them a ton. We recommend RND coffee to all of our friends from in town and out of town.“
“First, let me say that the pastries are excellent and everyone is incredibly friendly. We had both of the mini quiches (loved) and a London fog croissant that looked not great but tasted amazing. We had some sort of free form breakfast strata which was ok. The coffee was awful. I’m not exaggerating. Watery, no flavor, not quite right. We had both a drip coffee and a cortado, and neither resembled anything like they should have. Basically, come here for the pastries and baked goods, skip everything else.“
“The cherry pie made with sour cherries is the closest anybody has ever come to my mother own pie. Pair that with some vanilla ice cream and black coffee and you are in foodie heaven. The staff is attentive and friendly and great at making recommendations. Located just a couple blocks from the courthouse.“
“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“
“There is plenty of parking for excursions ?❄️❄️❄️Food is hot and ready in minutes.Customer service I a little too fast and remember they are not ignoring you that have earpieces, and it'd hard to hear us. Overall great job! Merry Christmas“
“I really only go for the coffee, but it has been excellent every time. Staff are super friendly and welcoming each time. Even if I'm just doing drive-thru. But what impressed me most was when the place was absolutely slammed a few months ago, with a long line of cars, and long lines in store at the counter. Staff were under a lot of stress, but the baristas were on fire, flying through their orders. And the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff never cracked.“
“I tried the butterbeer latte and plain latte. Both were good. The flavored lattes were sweet but not over done with syrup. I also tried the cheese danish and cinnamon roll. The Cheese Danish was my favorite of the two. The Danish pastry is made very well, the filling is more of a custard flavor. The cinnamon roll has great flavor and size. It is a dryer less sweet version. Great to accompany a coffee.“
“I love a good Starbucks, and this location doesn't disappoint! Friendly staff, clean facilities, and spacious setup with a relaxed vibe. Great place to meet up with friends, focus on studies, or get some work accomplished while drinking your favorite expensive non dairy beverage!“
“Well if you got to ask about Krispy Kreme I don't think he came around here. If anybody remembers rainbow Bakery my god I've lived everywhere and I actually looked all over Louisiana Alabama it's more places looking for some rainbow bread and it never happened so I don't know what to say about the Krispy Kreme it's just most excellent love it love it love it sincerely Mrs Carter“
“Ask for CAMERON!!!She went ABOVE ⭐️ and BEYOND ? to make my order! She went out of her way to ensure the order was spot on! STARBUCKS has a MANAGER in the making under their belt…THEY BETTER RECOGNIZE HER POTENTIAL OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL!“
“What a gem of a place! - I was looking for "not-starbucks" on my drive to NC from Maryland. What amazingly wonderful and upbeat folks...serving with JOY, from the heart. The menu is massive and the vibe is local and sweet. They were not kidding when they said the iced tea is good. I'm a tea snob and wow, they nailed theirs. They make it with spring water and added tapioca pearls to make it fun! Stop in. Be prepared to smile. You will not be disappointed! AND!!! If you've got road fatigue with the family, this is a great place to stretch your legs and play yard games with the kids. Enjoy!“
