This Starbucks is one of the best ones in Roanoke. The staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your drink is fantastic. I love the new pumpkin Chai latte it's my go too. When I'm undecided I will ask one of the staff to suggest one of their favorites. It's always and win win. They never try to force you to leave a tip like some of the other ones in the area. I always tip but I want it to be my decision rather I do or not. Not have a rude employee...read full review
Super nice people at all of them that I been to. They take their time with us old folks who sometimes don't know how or what to order. The one at Crossroads and the one on 460 close to Williamson Road in Roanoke va are great.
