Starbucks is ALWAYS our second stop on my daughter's birthday! It's her special day and she gets to choose where we go for the day. She's always SO excited to get her birthday coffee before we go shopping. We'll definitely continue going to Starbucks on birthdays or anytime she wants to enjoy her fave coffee treats!

I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were far from friendly, which left a sour taste in my mouth. The lack of hospitality and warmth made me prefer driving further to other locations rather than returning to this one. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that fell short of the usual Starbucks standard.

Fast and friendly staff as we were passing through
The service is very unreliable. We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes, while 5 or 6 Baristas ran back and forth preparing food and drinks for the folks in the drive-up. They didn't even look at us. Finally one gal was fixing food in front of us with her back to us. I said, "shall we go to the drive-up to get waited on? You haven't looked at us!" She looked at us and said, "well i guess, we're busy here getting food orders." I said, "can we put our order in?" She said 'we're busy".We left, and there was another couple behind us, I don't know what they did.We went to the Franklin store and got very friendly service.
