“Such a great experience at this Dunkin! I placed my order only about 3 minutes before we arrived, and it was already ready when we got there. I also asked if they had any boxes we could borrow since we were moving, and the employee was SO sweet. She had us pull around back and kept bringing us more boxes, even moving things around so they could give us extra. We appreciated it so much! She truly went above and beyond to help us. ❤“
“I recommend this place. This place was awesome. It’s a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious and it’s a very good place to hang out and have parties there and do karaoke I would recommend this place to people and the workers are very nice there and the food is not that expensive“

“I enjoy having One Love Coffee House in Troutville! While overall I have been very pleased with everything I have tried it seems lately that hot coffee drinks are just lukewarm. Not sure if there is an issue with machines or not.“
“Tia helped me today and her customer service was absolutely top tier — super friendly, welcoming, and she gave amazing recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience.
The latte I’m sipping on right now tastes SO good — perfectly made. And the lavender vanilla energy drink? Incredible. Smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of flavor.
If you live in Roanoke and haven’t stopped by this location yet, you are seriously missing out. Huge thanks to Tia for making my day better. I’ll definitely be back! 🙌☕️“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“The owner's son is not disabled and parks for extended periods in the handicapped parking when he is not doing anything for the coffee shop and has been documented shooting birds at disabled people who try to park in the handicapped parking that ask him to move and saying he doesn't have to let handicapped people use the handicapped parking spot because his mom owns the coffee shop. I do not recommend Little Green Hive Grandin for anyone who has a disability or cares about people who are disabled.“

“Looking for a great healthy option for great food look no further. I was driving thru the town of salem and was looking for a place to get a bite. Stopped in at Elderberry's Salem, and the food was excellent fresh, and the staff there was wonderful. Stop in and check them out you wont be disappointed.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. Love this Starbucks 😭😭“

“I had the spinach feta wrap. It is good and I ordered a lot. But it is a reheated wrap. The ends are a little.. not crusty.
Service was fine but not over the top.
I'll go to the Starbucks fairly often because it is close to medical buildings where I have appointments. I wish it weren't quite so dark inside.“

“This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵“

“I do enjoy frequenting this starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and I always get my order correctly and on-time. The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. Beyond that, no complaints!“

“I've been going to this location for years. If every Dunkin was like this, Starbucks would never see me. Super friendly, never got an order wrong, and above and beyond service. Not grumpy, can't be bothered workers who act like your mere presence is an inconvenience, but friendly and courteous. And honestly, a boost in mood every time, and that's BEFORE I drink my coffee. Absolutely will continue to go. On my recent visit, 8/01/2026, the morning workers were phenomenal in particular. Great job!!!“

“My husband and I stopped by this small, cute ice cream and coffee shop to try their ice cream, and we absolutely loved it! I got the Raspberry Chocolate Chip, and he chose the Butter Pecan. Both flavors were incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
What we also loved is that they offer so many different drinks, including bubble tea, smoothies, coffees, lemonades, and more, so there’s something for everyone.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and great customer service made this place stand out.
We will definitely be coming back soon to try some of their drinks. Highly recommend this hidden gem!“

“The setting of this branch is unbeatable. The sitting area outside is next to a fountain and a pedestrian area, in a centric streets, but not the very center. The local itself is clean and ample and the bathrooms are well kept.
I found it a little understaffed, which showed in a frown face and a certain courtness.“
