My drink was delicious! Since I'm pregnant, I made sure to order decaf, and they got it right. Brooke, the cashier, was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I had a great experience!
Come here 3 to 4 times a week as much for the management and staff as for my latte. Friendly helpful and professional. Great place to start my day and relax. It is the staff that I keep coming back.
This is hands down the best Starbucks in the Roanoke area! Service is always fast and great. And every staff member is so friendly! They also make my coffee better than any others!
