This is our usual stop but today we were taking our dog to be put down. So I went in asking for nothing other than his favorite treat which is a pup cup. The guy that helped me was a the best thing that could have happened. He immediately went to make a large pup cup after I told him what I was dealing with. Our dog had that last best treat. I can’t thank him enough and it meant the world to my wife, my dog, and myself. Can’t thank you enough for the kindness you showed today.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the employees are. I was in the drive through and I could not understand what they said through the speaker when they asked for my name, so I said “umm…” before realizing what they said, and then answering with my name. I cannot believe the audacity these people have to write “uhh Rachel” on my cup. Maybe you think you’re being funny, but please, learn some basic social skills before working at a place in which you have to interact with others. As someone who already overthinks everything they say, thank you for making it worse! Love Starbucks and their TYPICAL friendliness, but will not be returning to this location.

I like this Starbucks. I usually use the drive thru. Service is always good, the line movies quickly, the drinks and food consistently good.Dietary restrictions: They have several non-dairy options for lattes etc.

Came to pick up my online order but when I got there, Carly, offered to make me a new one as she said my order was a while ago and might not taste as good. I told her she didn't have to but still she did. Such a beautiful soul! Kudos to Starbucks for hiring a great and thoughtful person! Thank you for your hardwork and making my night!

Outstanding, I had an order that was messed up, called in talked to Jacob. Jacob excelled at customer service skills and professionalism. Drove by ordered correct food and was met by Jacob via speaker once again greatly appreciated the professionalism displayed. Best Starbucks by far and even better team.Dietary restrictions: Jacob educated me why even though I ordered a specialty the brand it can still have dairy products in it. Thank you Jacob, very educational.

This is our local Starbucks, so we frequent it a fair amount. It's always clean and the employees are nice. They've always gotten my drinks and mobile orders right. There is a good amount of indoor seating and a nice outdoor area as well.

Me and my friends went here to get our drinks with our kids who are age 1-3 years old. There were 3 other starbucks customers sitting inside when we were there. While waiting for our order, our kids were just being kids so excited to be with their friends sitting in different chairs and walking around while we order our drinks. An employee, I forgot her name but she is an Asian lady, she came up to us and asked me,, in a loud tone for the whole store to hear, “Can you please control your children and not let them walk around? Because they are disturbing other customers.” I said, well we can’t control if they suddenly screams. Not to mention we’ve only been there 5 minutes because we were waiting for our drinks. At the time she came up to us our kids were already sitting right next to us. Clearly, you’ve never had kids if you think you can control your kids aged 1-3 year old and expect they will listen right then and there all the time. She saw us did tell our kids and tried to make them us calm us possible to not make any noises and and to just sit down . Her telling us loud for everybody in the store to hear to tell us what to do with our kids? I was pissed and offended. She made us feel like like our kids were not welcome there and we were just planning to stay there to get our drinks, sit down for a little bit and have some mommy time with friends while our kids enjoys each other’s company. We ended up bringing our kids in the outside table eventhough alot of cars were driving fast to go to the drive thru in the hot sunny afternoon.

For a brand new facility, the staff are awful Curt!Like they really don't want to be there. Or have to deal with inquisitive customers ?The coffee is mediocre at best.Which Really SUCKS!Because I Usually Really Like Starbucks...
