Consistently some of the most flavorful and well seasoned food in town. I never hesitate to recommend this spot to folks and always enjoy my experience. Even when it’s busy I’m happy to see them doing business - get a drink and some tapas and settle in! Tonight I had a caipirinha, coxinha tapas with Chimichurri (stuffed fritter) and then a square meal with the chicken thighs, which is my go-to. Blacksburg’s greatest hidden gem has so much to offer. The menu brings a taste of Brazil to the NRV. An unsuspecting staple in the roster of Blacksburg restaurants, Gaucho breeds a wonderful experience through amazing food, service, and atmosphere. My favorite dish is the Estrogonofe, which contains creamy beef stroganoff, the most delicious, salty rice I’ve ever tried, and super satisfying potato crisps. You will not regret visiting!!
