“I went to 8 Dunkin's in the Virginia Beach area. NONE had the halloween sprinkle munchkins. We stopped in here on our way to go hike. They had them...thank you we love halloween and who doesn't love sprinkle munchkins. I mean why have a national ad campaign, then not have the product. This dunkin didjobreat job. Staff was so nice and helpful.
They were the perfect after hike treat...well and a beer.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“The owner's son is not disabled and parks for extended periods in the handicapped parking when he is not doing anything for the coffee shop and has been documented shooting birds at disabled people who try to park in the handicapped parking that ask him to move and saying he doesn't have to let handicapped people use the handicapped parking spot because his mom owns the coffee shop. I do not recommend Little Green Hive Grandin for anyone who has a disability or cares about people who are disabled.“

“First time trying Bread Craft with my boyfriend, and it was amazing. I had the turkey pesto and he had the chorizo and eggs so so tasty. Also got a rainbow croissant and a pecan sticky bun *chef's kiss* Definitely will be back in the future.“

Service was fine but not over the top.
I'll go to the Starbucks fairly often because it is close to medical buildings where I have appointments. I wish it weren't quite so dark inside.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The drive thru line is sometimes quite long but usually moves along steadily. The baristas here are SO nice. I swear they have a conspiracy to compliment my sunglasses every time. And they make consistently the best tasting drinks in my opinion (I mean I like it so much I'm leaving a review for a Starbucks...) I had the best sweet cream nitro cold brew here just recently. Love this Starbucks 😭😭“

“Typically I stop at the Southern Hills location because its heading out of town right off the main road. The last few times we visited Southern Hills - the new employees turned my usual $6 coffee into a $9 order. I always have to get a manager or someone that has worked their for a while to fix things. So - when the SH location was closed....we decided to try this location. Let me say....I have never been so happy to order and not have such a controversy! I orderd my Coconut Milk Macchiato with such ease. The barista was AMAZING and super friendly. I asked her about a couple of drinks featured on the signage and she answered me without all the huffing puffing and frowny faces that I have experienced a the 'other' location. The wait time was minimal and my orders were fixed correctly!! While it may be a bit out of the way for me when traveling....I will make it a point to visit this location!!“

“We have been here twice and the service and food are excellent! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. This has become one our favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed the jazz music at the dinner service last night. We highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Andy and Amaria and the ponytail guy who were working were also super cool. I had to wait for the espresso machine to be cleaned up for some reason but they were so accomodating and gave me lots of attention and we enjoyed chatting for a while, i asked them about their favorite donuts and ended up getting some great recommendations and it was just an all around pleasure. Felt like engaging with family or friends! Will be coming back for sure! (Although I'm already a big fan of this spot)

“I do enjoy frequenting this starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and I always get my order correctly and on-time. The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. “I've been going to this location for years. If every Dunkin was like this, Starbucks would never see me. Super friendly, never got an order wrong, and above and beyond service. Not grumpy, can't be bothered workers who act like your mere presence is an inconvenience, but friendly and courteous. And honestly, a boost in mood every time, and that's BEFORE I drink my coffee. Absolutely will continue to go. On my recent visit, 8/01/2026, the morning workers were phenomenal in particular. Great job!!!“

“The setting of this branch is unbeatable. The sitting area outside is next to a fountain and a pedestrian area, in a centric streets, but not the very center. The local itself is clean and ample and the bathrooms are well kept.
I found it a little understaffed, which showed in a frown face and a certain courtness.“

“The young couple that runs this are so lovely and they make beautiful pastries and coffees and bubble teas and the ice cream is wonderful. The kids and the grown-ups in my family love this and we go almost every time we’re downtown. I highly recommend.“
