I like their donuts and I think the coffee is better than most coffee shops. Service is always friendly and people working seem to enjoy each other.

Just stopped by this Dunkin’ for a quick meal and some coffee- the barista was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to help me with the kiosk/my order. The entire store is very clean, including the rest rooms. 5 stars!

Dunkin’ is a restaurant in Roanoke that offers quick meals and coffee. Customers describe the barista as extremely hospitable, going out of his way to help with the kiosk and orders. The entire store is very clean, including the rest rooms, and there is additional seating outside. Staff members are fast, super friendly, and very helpful, with one customer saying the service felt like engaging with family or friends. A sweet young lady ran an avocado toast out to a customer who was already out of the Dunkin and in the street, showing a commitment to customer care that made a long trip feel better. The Bacon,egg and cheese on everything bagel was wonderful, and the Ice Cream cake donut was delicious as well as strawberry glazed. One customer noted that a tip machine is put in your face in the drive thru, but paying with cash avoids this. Overall, the positive attitude of the staff made every customer feel welcome, and great service like that deserves to be recognized.
