This store is overwhelming on the first visit. Not in a good way. There is very little to indicate what you are meant to do. The choices are not clear and are somewhat overwhelming, and ultimately the donuts were just okay. The highlight was the rubber duck collection instead of the food. We likely will not return.
What a great experience. My son and I stopped by for some donuts on a Saturday morning. After talking to Denise and Heather it just made sense that we get a dozen. Never thought Id have such a good time hanging out at Duck Donuts. Great donuts and fun people.

Total 180 degrees of my previous 5 star rating. Stopped in today around 4pm. Was not welcomed. Young man working was unfriendly. His first comment after I stood at the register for 5 minutes was "if you plan on ordering anything, it will take me 15 minutes to make more donut batter. I said OK as I planned to order several dozen anyway. The employee walked away without another word as if he could care less if he sold another donut today.
