I’ve been to many Duck Donuts and they’re all delicious. There’s something about this one and how it’s managed, we just dread going there. It takes forever to get an order filled, like 45 minutes for a donut? Ran out of milk for coffee drinks?

We ordered donuts to be delivered the evening of March 17th. The donuts were so small that 16 donuts could easily fit in the box. On top of that, they were very sloppy. I suspect they did not want to make anymore batter and made the batter they had stretch to make very small donuts.

Best donuts in town! Love how they are made fresh when you get there and they have seasonal packs.

Great product--but is the wait time worth it? This store was so pathetically run and mismanaged. One employee effectively avoided making donuts as he busied himself with restocking coffee items and other supplies. This left one poor girl to make and process the donuts all by herself while orders and customers piled up. We had a half-dozen order and a dozen order ahead of us, and bc only one employee was really working it took 27 minutes to produce our order. Not exactly timely...

As soon as my family walked in, I noticed one of the employees making batter in a bowl that had a layer of dried batter in it. The stations were a mess. One of the employees’s pants were so low you could see all of the stitching on the fly of his underwear. He touched the lower backside his underwear over a dozen times while pulling up his pants. No glove or hand wash between cash register transactions and making doughnuts. We placed our order of four doughnuts, no one was in there. Six more customers came in, and somehow our ticket got lost. When it was finally found, three of our doughnuts were made with wrong toppings etc, and they forgot to make the fourth. While waiting, the staff commented negatively towards each other about each customer. After waiting half hour for our doughnuts, we sat down to enjoy them and they said they were closing and asked us to leave. I said we’d be done before they cleaned up and locked up. Employees reply was “we are just locking up and leaving”.At least the customer service matched the level of sanitation.

Total 180 degrees of my previous 5 star rating. Stopped in today around 4pm. Was not welcomed. Young man working was unfriendly. His first comment after I stood at the register for 5 minutes was "if you plan on ordering anything, it will take me 15 minutes to make more donut batter. I said OK as I planned to order several dozen anyway. The employee walked away without another word as if he could care less if he sold another donut today. I waited (why I don't know) another 10 minutes for him to make a single latte for the 1 other customer in the entire store. Finally I gave up and assumed he did not plan on speaking with me and my son again as he pretended to be solely focused on this 1 latte still. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.

Not the best. Donuts were small and the toppings were skimpy. The one in Mt. Airy is way better.

Came on a Sunday morning and apparently they only have two people here, and they take forever to make a doughnut. I asked for six. There were multiple families waiting ahead of me. Their coffee grinder was broken and I had to order an iced drink instead.Just go to Dunkin down the road. You'll thank me later. I'll still be waiting for my food.
