“Total 180 degrees of my previous 5 star rating. Stopped in today around 4pm. Was not welcomed. Young man working was unfriendly. His first comment after I stood at the register for 5 minutes was "if you plan on ordering anything, it will take me 15 minutes to make more donut batter. I said OK as I planned to order several dozen anyway. The employee walked away without another word as if he could care less if he sold another donut today. I waited (why I don't know) another 10 minutes for him to make a single latte for the 1 other customer in the entire store. Finally I gave up and assumed he did not plan on speaking with me and my son again as he pretended to be solely focused on this 1 latte still. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.“
“I just came in to the Dunkin' Donuts on Keagy Road, and it was exceptional service! Madison helped me at the counter, and was polite, accommodating, and just made our day. It was the best service I've ever had at any Dunkin' Donuts, and when I want to go to Dunkin' Donuts I'll go out of my way to come here. Thank you so much for a great experience, and keep it up.“
“Came in at 7am on a Saturday for 2 dozen donuts and a few breakfast sandwiches. I was surprised by how quickly the staff took my order and gave it to me. The workers seemed friendly and had good communication between each other. The store itself was pretty clean and it was a breeze getting in and out!“

“VERY clean store. Fast & friendly service! The doughnuts and coffee were sooo fresh and YUM as always. It was my first experience at this particular location. I was not disappointed. Also, a couple came to dine in with a service dog and the staff was professional and had no problem with the dog in the dining area.“
“Everything in the shop is Gluten and nut free! I really appreciate visiting a place where I can eat anything! The owner helped us and checked us out. She was very friendly and personable. “Parking: Nice ladies friendlySesame bagel was really good it’s content sesame and that’s some thing you don’t find in a lot of locations between Texas and upstate New York and Texas. Actually the bagels if it’s sesame plain or everything bagel they all smell everything bagel give me a bagel if it’s available somewhere it doesn’t contain any sesame it’s like spread from far away little sassy Monette, this one in this location back inside they are really doing a great job. “We went through the drive through and ordered some donuts, but they were out of some of our favorites. We got our order and they had given us some extra treats as a consolation for not having some others. I had mentioned that I really enjoyed their coconut donuts and the lady at the window came back with 3 of them and gave them to me.The staff there are always nice and seem happy to be there. One of the ladies was celebrating her birthday and the whole shift was in on it and had party hats on and looked happy.A few years ago, I came through and in conversation lamented that I had hoped to get a specific kind of donut (my coconut favorite again) and the lady working that day made me some.When I talk Dunkin Donuts in Roanoke/Vinton area - I talk about this one because they are the premier location. I drove by several locations to come to this one. They have my highest possible recommendation.“
“Well if you got to ask about Krispy Kreme I don't think he came around here. If anybody remembers rainbow Bakery my god I've lived everywhere and I actually looked all over Louisiana Alabama it's more places looking for some rainbow bread and it never happened so I don't know what to say about the Krispy Kreme it's just most excellent love it love it love it sincerely Mrs Carter“
