10/10 A must stop for anyone in Salem for sure! As someone recently diagnosed with Celic the staff was excellent and super knowledgeable. I have not experienced good bread after being diagnosed until NOW. I cant express in words how absolutely delicious the bread is. It has absolutely opened my eyes into what is possible in a gluten free environment. I also dont want to forget to mention how incredible the sweets were. Our first time and it was such a great experience! We stumbled across Corbin’s coming into town for the day from North Carolina. We got there almost right at closing time but we were still able to grab some fresh bread and a couple treats! My boyfriend recently was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and finding a food establishment that is all allergy free, is amazing!
