Not only was the cake perfect and delicious the entire (staff) family were wonderful to work with. We showed them a photo of what we were wanting and the cake and customer service exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making my nieces day special and making Memaw happy too!!“

“I am very torn about my experience. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time and we so rarely go out to eat but we decided to go this past weekend. The prices were bordering on outrageous in my opinion for some of the items. A burger with a handful of chips, a sandwich with a tiny pasta salad side, a kids meal, 2 sodas, and 3 slices of cake should never add up to $80, pre-tip. Also, we let the waitress know before ever ordering that we would all be getting cake because we were excited to try it…we had no idea that the cake would be so cold it was almost frozen. I feel like in the future a server should ask which cake slices the table would like at the order stage so the slices could sit out and get to an enjoyable temperature by the time dessert rolled around. None of us were able to enjoy our cakes because they were so cold and hard, the icing broke apart in chunks like frozen butter and we left most of it on our plates. We felt the food was good but not good enough to ever go back for the cost. I will recommend it to someone, but it was not for us.“

Parking: There are many parking spots both handicapped and not since it is in a shopping center.

Kid-friendliness: The shop is friendly for all ages! For everything from the decor to the smaller sizes of snacks available.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room to get up in front of the cupcake counter and to work around all of the displays. Even though the shop is small, it is in a shopping center so it is easy to get a chair up the ramp from the curb.“
