Horrible customer service. Management was very rude when I apologetically went back in to have a coffee remade because it tasted very burnt. I was very nice and waited 10 minutes for her to come out from the back very patiently however did not receive the same in return. Lady tried the coffee and said it’s fine, and wanted to argue with me, she said this is how coffee tastes. I said no it is not. She finally remade it. Not without eye rolling and a nasty attitude!
They Said and I quote “we don’t do nurses here” when asked about the free nurses day coffee. Even though all the other Dunkin’s are doing it.
