This was my daily place to stop at get coffee a bagel or donut or something like that in the morning times either when I got off of work or off of a 16-hour shift or sometimes when I had to work in opposite going into work. 09/11/2023 - I ordered through the app and waited 5 minutes before going in. When I entered, I walked to the pickup counter and there was no beverage. I saw one young lady. She came over and as she began speaking I pointed to my order ticket, still sitting in the machine.She snatched the ticket, read it, and threw it away. I've been to this Dunkin' numerous times. Unfortunately, they almost never get my drinks right. If you're getting a plain coffee, then this place will be great for you. If you want something unique, go to the Starbucks down the road.The one redeeming factor about this Dunkin' is the donuts.
