Three stars due to mixed experience. I picked up a couple of donuts for myself that were very good. Alas, this morning I got a box of munchkins to take to share with friends, and they didn't seem very fresh. And the little jelly munchkins had a microscopic amount of jelly! 😟
The donuts and iced coffee were excellent. And the young lady at the counter was super nice. The dining area was clean.
The positive was the store was very clean and decorated nicely. However, I placed an order at the kiosk. The girl working behind the counter was standing there when I did it and answered questions for me. Twenty minutes later I went to ask about my order(I was the only customer in the store the entire time)and she says, you placed an order? Then she sees it on the counter and says OMG I’m sorry, we forgot about it! She then prepared my box of donut holes. I also ordered maple...read full review
