“I cannot say how phenomenal these doughnuts were. We even got the delivered, which is always a 50/50 shot. Ordered a dozen different ones to give them a try and each one was FIRE!! From cream filled, sprinkled, and even plain glazed. Unfortunately, we did not get a photo before they were demolished. Can't wait to dine in, im sure it will be just as good, if not better.“

“I made a mobile order on the app, and sent it to the other location in Lynchburg. When I got there, I had realized and told Christina in the store. She immediately started to call the manager at the other location and couldn't get him. She tried and tried again and finally got him on the phone, and he agreed to switch the order over. The other manager didn't want to switch the order (because I had ordered a lot of things) but she convinced him.
She was so great! Not only did she use her personal phone and contact to help me out she was so persistent. That's real customer service! The order was for my students who are learning English to better themselves and their careers.
