“We've been getting donuts and kolaches here for a few months now and haven't been disappointed. I actually just ate a sausage and cheese kolache and you could have sent me to heaven on the back of that. If you don't know what kolaches are, don't bother being wary. It's very much to the average American taste, and the ones made here are always delicious. I saw some person say these donuts are better than Dunkin but aren't quite up to the standard of Duck's Donuts. Let me remind you that if you've been visiting Dunkin, you should just be dropping five stars here and saying less. You don't know good donuts. As for Ducks? Good when fresh, never as good as Shipley. There is only one donut shop that I like nearly as much, but I won't even mention it here since I have that much respect for this spot.“

“I made a mobile order on the app, and sent it to the other location in Lynchburg. When I got there, I had realized and told Christina in the store. She immediately started to call the manager at the other location and couldn't get him. She tried and tried again and finally got him on the phone, and he agreed to switch the order over. The other manager didn't want to switch the order (because I had ordered a lot of things) but she convinced him.
She was so great! Not only did she use her personal phone and contact to help me out she was so persistent. That's real customer service! The order was for my students who are learning English to better themselves and their careers.
