Just got a breakfast sandwich from here and the eggs were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator…I can only imagine that’s exactly what happened. I’ve been here numerous times before and this has never happened. Try and call the store and it says “sorry the store has a voicemail box that isn’t setup yet”, try and call corporate and wait on hold for 30-40 minutes and finally give up. It’s a gamble.
Food is not great and despite being listed as open on DoorDash, they won’t accept my order and it was immediately cancelled. I’m going to stop giving them my money since they don’t seem to want it.
When a person orders a sandwich and asks for them to hold the cheese, he shouldn’t have to eat Benadryl throughout the day due to a cheese allergy because the staff couldn’t follow instructions! You might say “have them fix it”. This was at the drive through and the person is already stuck at work for the day.
