Update 3/2/24 Service is pleasant but average. The woman who could served me was quick even though the line moved a bit slow and there weren't many in line. But maybe they had big orders to fill. The originial Krispy Kreme donuts have shrunk! The quality isnt quite the same. You are paying more and getting less product. But that is the way most places are since the pandemic. This time, I went inside to order, and the staff was friendly. The doughnuts were warm and fresh. I was looking to buy a Valentines box, but they are very popular and sold out, so I bought a mixed dozen and a glazed dozen.

January 2024

I placed my order online for pickup. I arrived early at the drive thru and was asked to come back in about 15-20 mins. It was raining hard so I just parked on the other side of the store with the intent to drive back around in the 15-20 minutes. But before that time came around an employee brought my order to me in the pouring rain. And my doughnuts were still quite warm. I only wish I had gotten her name so that I could thank her personally and publicly.
