“This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵“

“Every time i go here my order is perfect and always yummy! they also accommodate me when i have my bunnies with me and always give me some extra strawberries or water for them and give them some extra love! this was my sweet buns after a quick strawberry treat and some fresh ice water 💗“

“I do enjoy frequenting this starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and I always get my order correctly and on-time. The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. Beyond that, no complaints!“

“We have been here twice and the service and food are excellent! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. This has become one our favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed the jazz music at the dinner service last night. We highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Andy and Amaria and the ponytail guy who were working were also super cool. I had to wait for the espresso machine to be cleaned up for some reason but they were so accomodating and gave me lots of attention and we enjoyed chatting for a while, i asked them about their favorite donuts and ended up getting some great recommendations and it was just an all around pleasure. Felt like engaging with family or friends! Will be coming back for sure! (Although I'm already a big fan of this spot)

“I want to give a special shout out to this McDonald's they went above and beyond that getting our food promptly and correctly Unfortunately they have to deal with unruly people and I hate to say it homeless people somebody snatched our order off the counter just blatant disrespect instead of just asking somebody for food now they're just taking it with these food workers have to go through now it's unreal I commend all of them and just wanted to say You're supposed to try out for Erica for replacing our food if y'all haven't come and visit it's location I highly recommend it“

“The 3 girls working behind the counter are awesome. The fact they put up with my stupid order speaks levels about them. I literally asked for a 1/2 water 1/2 lemonade…. How stupid does that sound. Either way, I asked for that drink along with 4 ice cubes. BIg shouts to khymani for actually doing it to T! Matter of fact, give them all a raise dammit. I probably won’t be back because I’m from NY but if I’m ever hear again I know where to get a stupid drink“
