“I am thruhiking the Appalachian Trail and have been on the trail for just about 2 months now. I've eaten at tons of places, but I have to say they probably have the best breakfast on the trail.The food quality, including lunch and dinner, was stellar. I would highly recommend.”

“One of those wonderful older mom and pop places that have survived decades of change. Obviously, for a good reason! The staff were so nice. The food was hot and good. I loved sitting at the bar with the swivel stools and a greasy spoon sign above the food window. Definitely one of those places we need to frequent and appreciate.Kid-friendliness: The staff were patient and kind to my two littles.”

“Always a last minute go to, carry out only being 10-15mins almost every time. I recommend the shrimp lo mein and spring rolls personally but my family enjoys their soups and chicken/broccoli dishes as well. Their white rice is always the fluffiest stickiest most divine thing in this earth. That being said, sometimes they do have issues with stocking both supplies and ingredients. I believe covid hit them hard, we still ordered but rarely did we see people do the same. We hope to see them make a full recovery to their former glory as the best Chinese this side of Roanoke.”

“I enjoy having One Love Coffee House in Troutville! While overall I have been very pleased with everything I have tried it seems lately that hot coffee drinks are just lukewarm. Not sure if there is an issue with machines or not.”

“Went thru the drive thru, food was nice and hot, friendly service and coffee was nice and hot. It's great for a quick bite when traveling. However, the exit can be confusing, Take exit 150A when needing gas and McDonald's, 150 B takes you to the right side of the bridge at the exit, and 150A takes you to the left. Overall not a bad exit to get off.”

“Great seafood! Got the shrimp and scallops with Old Bay and they were cooked perfectly! The potatoes and corn were also very good. Wife enjoyed the Shrimp Po Boy and crab fries. Server was great and the restaurant was very clean! We will definitely be back!Parking: Parking lot has plenty of spaces around the building.Kid-friendliness: Decent amount of kid food options and the restaurant is perfect for families.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks are low and make it fairly easy to navigate.”

“Excellent meal! I had a club sandwich and my husband had a wrap. They were both generous portions and they were delicious. We were so full, but we definitely wanted to try their desserts, so we each got a brownie to go. Kathy was an excellent server!”

“one of the nicest vegan places ive eaten at, staff is super friendly and kind, everything is vegan (including what the food gets fried in), super accommodating as well. i hope to see this business continue to grow, the quality of the food was great as well. i had the mac daddy burger and some chili cheese tots. i was a big fan of chili cheese anything before going vegan and this place and they did it perfectly. ive eaten here a couple of times and theyre great, was my first time going inside today, highly recommend.”

“Went for the Italian beef, stayed for the Chicago dog.I should have listened to the nice girl behind the counter and got it Bob'd with Mozzarella. It was juicy but not wet enough at Dipped.Also had the onion rings and Bob sauce but definitely can't wait to go back for the meatball, beef n cheddar, and the newest menu featuring an East Coast dog with sauerkraut, grilled onions, and brown mustard.”

Our group of nine were the last in the restaurant because their bathroom broke shortly after we got seated.After spending hundreds of dollars, one mom wanted to get her fiancee an entree. I had picked up her meal because it was her birthday, but because she only had her three kids' meals on her ticket, they said it had to cost no more than what was on HER ticket.Unfortunately I found out after the fact that she caved to their policy and didn't want to make a fuss... But come on!I would have added the ten bucks to my ticket, get the guy a steak, or whatever!This was a situation of not seeing the forest for the trees, and also realizing they were the only business they had because their plumbing was messed up.They could have at least made that small concession to have given her a decent take out entree for her fiance, especially considering that none of the ladies were able to use the toilet.”

“I was told about this place while I was dining elsewhere and I gotta say it didn't let me down.A sign of any good Mexican restaurant is when they have lengua tacos and these were so good!The tortilla seems to be fresh, made in- house and the meat was so tender and flavorful.I don't usually make it this far down Peter's creek to get to this place but I'll definitely be sure to return again because I want to try the Diablo tacos next.Parking: This place is attached to the Exxon gas station so parking depends on how many people are at the gas station as well.”

The owner is a great person who truly cares about his product and customers and has a passion for what he does. While I wait for my meat to be grilled up by the Richee Chef, I donate a couple of quarters towards my gambling addiction.
