“If you go to Brady’s on a Sunday chances are you will get Daniel. Daniel is a great bartender for many reasons. First of all he makes a fabulous drink. You really wouldn’t know that any alcohol was in the drink. Secondly , he is top notch with customer service. He is at the chic-fil-a level. Lastly, he does a great job for both the customer and to best represent for his establishment.“

“I decided to stop by New Year's eve to get something in my stomach before drinking. They were full but I was offered a seat outside and took it. The food is all great here. Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks“

Always a friendly smile and conversation from Kipper (the owner) and the rest of the staff. You can even bring your pup and get a free treat for them! “If the weather is nice there is no better place to hang out and have a beer than their outdoor seating area. It's extremely nice, and the beer here is probably the best you're going to find in Roanoke. The staff is great, and their growlers are reasonably priced. They don't stay open very late, so be sure to get there early.“

I have never, in the 22 years of dining on this delicious food, ever had a bad meal or a messed up order. They are consistent and have always been even more than generous with the servings. “I’ll start by saying we frequented BitS for many years largely due to convenience and price point. After awhile, we quit going in because of poor quality across the board. We are very pleased with the changes in the food and set up after a recent change in ownership. I prefer the ability to order from my seat vs standing in line. The buns are no longer soggy and fries are perfectly crispy. We received a warm welcome and excellent service this evening from a gentleman (uncertain of his name, but KD was on our receipt) despite a full restaurant. This young man is a valuable asset to the team and we will continue to return. Please give them a try!!“

Highly disappointed that when i called ahead of time to ask if they had a dessert table, was told No. We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration, so I brought a cake. When it was time to have our cake, i was told it would be a $1.00 a plate charge to have a dessert plate. Extremely turned off about that. Ruined our birthday celebration. Idk? Is this a thing? Never ever have heard of a plate fee.“

“This was my first time at Twisted Track. I actually met someone there from Match.com for a date so the casual relaxed atmosphere here was close to Perfect!! You order on your way in at a big long counter. They have some appetizers burgers & sandwiches on their menu it’s a pretty decent selection. They also brew their own beer apparently! Now I’m not a beer drinker but I’ve heard it’s really good! 😉. Then you seat yourself they have tables inside and out. We chose to sit outside. They will call you when your food is ready by a ringing & vibrating a little black pager thing. They had a live band playing some older music when we were there. The food was pretty good…we ordered Fried Green Beans & Pretzels for appetizers and the Fried Green Beans were really good actually I had never had them before! We also had burgers and Sweet Potato Fries (My Fave!!) The service was nothing extraordinary but it was decent we didn’t want for anything!! That’s a plus! They started getting pretty crowded as the evening went on. It is a pretty popular place to Eat Drink & Hang Out. It is located in the Downtown area of Roanoke. They are kid-friendly. I’m not sure about dogs. But I highly recommend going to check them if you’re looking for a Nice Casual & Relaxing Place to Eat Go CHECK OUT Twisted Track Brew Pub. I’m pretty certain that YOU will NOT be DISAPPOINTED 😋“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“I do enjoy frequenting this starbucks. The employees are all super friendly and I always get my order correctly and on-time. The service I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the employees themselves as they are great, but the wait can be kind of long. I honestly think that they just need more help is all. “We love Jersey Mike’s! This is probably our most frequented locations, and they often have varied staff. Yesterday when we went in, they were having checkout troubles. It took them a few minutes to figure out how to resolve the issues which caused a pretty big back up of customers. However, they figured it out and was very apologetic for the delay. They ran out of napkins after our order, but replenished them in a very timely manner. I wish I knew the gentleman‘s name at the checkout as he was very patient and apologetic for the delay.“
