My husband and I eat here at least once per week for several years and are never disappointed. Consistently the best Chinese anywhere. The hostesses, servers/wait staff, and just everyone are polite, friendly, efficient.
Red Palace has the best Chinese restaurant in Southwest Virginia! Food is always kept fresh on the buffet, and kind servers and managers! Try it you'll love it! It's our family's favorite restaurant to eat at in the whole area! You will always be treated kind and respectfully!
I would like to see more variety of the food. Not too many choice but it made up with a low buffet price
