Me and my mother went to the Red Robin located in Roanoke, Virginia. Our waitress named Bambi or however you spell her name. She got my mother's order wrong after she stated what she wanted twice! She hardly checked on if we needed anything else but checked on other around us. Very very late with serving us. She was off talking to some other man that was sitting not too far with us knowing we needed service. She was also seen by me drinking alcohol and sticking it behind the bar....read full review
Loved the one in Roanoke but went to the one in Charlottesville for the first time and it was filthy and disgusting everything looked dirty🤮 service was terrible food made me and my mother's stomach hurt! when we left the cook was in the parking lot smoking weed! Charlottesville Location was a complete joke in every way! we could tell that the staff working there just didn't care about anything!
Love the food and the restaurant. However, they should educate their servers in what they carry. I like a beer with my meal and usually get Miller Lite. Waitress assured me they only carry in bottles, so I ordered a different draft. Leaving, I saw a Miller Lite tap at the bar and asked the bartender when they got that in. He said they've always had it. Not a big deal but for what it costs the servers should know what they carry, or at least go check.
