“If you go to Brady’s on a Sunday chances are you will get Daniel. Daniel is a great bartender for many reasons. First of all he makes a fabulous drink. You really wouldn’t know that any alcohol was in the drink. Secondly , he is top notch with customer service. He is at the chic-fil-a level. Lastly, he does a great job for both the customer and to best represent for his establishment.“

“I decided to stop by New Year's eve to get something in my stomach before drinking. They were full but I was offered a seat outside and took it. The food is all great here. Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks“

“We usually go to Golden Corral on the weekends as a treat to myself and my boyfriend. I look forward to the hug I get from the front cashier, Tayausha, she is so sweet and kind. I had an issue with the app 1 time and she explained it to me and resolved my issue. Usually the first person you see or meet in a restaurant sets the tone for the experience and whenever I see her beautiful smile it makes my day. We refer to her as our GC daughter. You need to hire more smiling faces like hers she gives excellent customer service and is 1 of the reasons we come back.“

It's extremely nice, and the beer here is probably the best you're going to find in Roanoke. The staff is great, and their growlers are reasonably priced. They don't stay open very late, so be sure to get there early.“

“I’ll start by saying we frequented BitS for many years largely due to convenience and price point. After awhile, we quit going in because of poor quality across the board. We are very pleased with the changes in the food and set up after a recent change in ownership. I prefer the ability to order from my seat vs standing in line. The buns are no longer soggy and fries are perfectly crispy. We received a warm welcome and excellent service this evening from a gentleman (uncertain of his name, but KD was on our receipt) despite a full restaurant. This young man is a valuable asset to the team and we will continue to return. Please give them a try!!“

“This is one of the best bars I’ve ever been to!!! I’m from Texas and I thought southern hospitality was a thing but these guys have topped that. Highly disappointed that when i called ahead of time to ask if they had a dessert table, was told No. We had a party of 10 for a birthday celebration, so I brought a cake. When it was time to have our cake, i was told it would be a $1.00 a plate charge to have a dessert plate. Extremely turned off about that. Ruined our birthday celebration. Idk? Is this a thing? Never ever have heard of a plate fee.“

I had the Ricky Ricardo sandwich with sweet potatoe fries. That sandwich was delicious! Pulled pork, ham, cheese and pickle on a toasted bun. Finley, our server was a delight to talk to. “This was my first visit. My bartender helped me with my order of a great tasting Imperial Peach Cider along with chicken wraps and fries. Everything was great! I really liked the fries. I'm not a huge fan of thick fries. These fries were cut in a unique way where is was slightly thick on one end and thin and crispy on the other. I'm definitely going back to try more food and drink.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order.
