Had a great experience at Apocalypse Ale Works! The beer was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it was a great place to spend some time.
A special shout-out to James, the bartender. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. He knows his stuff, was great to talk with, and made us feel very welcome. Excellent customer service!
Definitely recommend Apocalypse Ale Works, and if James is behind the bar, you’re in for an even better experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Every time I go past, I try to stop and get something from here as I live an hour away. Today, I went in, looked at the salads, sandwiches, and cookies. I stood at the counter waiting to order. There were 2 ladies talking to 1 customer. They didn't acknowledge me at all. Two people came out of the back at different times and they didn't either. No hello or I'll be with you soon. Totally ignored, I walked out. Their cheesecakes and other pastries are delicious.“

“Great food, fresh and well prepared. Fried ice cream is a must. Would love to hear some louder music and possibly more lively atmosphere.
Skinny margs are alright, good tequila quantities but would be nice if they offered a fresh house-made marg mix. Rather than the syrup.

“My husband and I came in last night, Aug 22 for dinner. We had just welcomed our first grandchild into the world and we were starving! We had a server by the name of Heather. She is immaculate! We never had to ask for a refill, our orders were correct and SO DELICIOUS. She is absolutely hilarious! She made us giggle the entire time and was extremely kind and attentive! We also noticed how much the other tables enjoyed her! She smiled the entire time and it felt like we had known her for a very long time! Next time we are in, we will be asking for Miss. Heather! I will tell you though, there was an older waitress who walked around the entire time looking as if she absolutely did NOT want to be there and making a face the entire time we were there like something smelled….any who, it was a pleasure! Thank you HEATHER AND THANK YOU BULLS STEAK HOUSE!“

“I always enjoy going to Brauburger, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. The food is always great and the service is top-notch. Sam is a top-notch server, always a blast to have her as our server 😊. Today Aiden waited on us and he was excellent, great attitude, and he was on top of everything. He has a great personality and will probably end up owning the place one day!! We look forward to retuning soon.“

“We went to the Crown Embers for our 37th anniversary. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, wonderful salad bar and the food was cooked to perfection. Pricilla was our waitress and she was wonderful. We will definitely go back.“

“I work right across the street at Express, so I’ve basically made it my life mission to “quality check” their food (you’re welcome 😌). And let me tell you… ✅ Always on point with my lunch ✅ Always friendly — like “hey bestie, here’s your food!” energy ✅ AND… most importantly… 🥤 They already know to have my Pepsi ICE COLD and ready like it’s part of a VIP package. “Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.“

“Good food. Not the best Mediterranean, but for sure better than the expectation of in-campus dining food. Good portion, good taste, good value.Service is good too. You would tell them what you want right in front of you and they serve it right then and there.They open for such a short period of time that it was hard to take some time to come here for lunch, but I think it was worth the experience. I will come back here if time allows.Flames cash dining discount is definitely bonus.“

“My wife and I drive an hour to get these delicious wings! The atmosphere is perfect for chilling and watching a game with PLENTY of great beer choices. if you're lucky enough to sit at the bar with Tabitha, you'll be spoiled! We love this place and have only been twice but it'll be a regular weekend getaway for these wings! I hear their burgers are good too but I'm so addicted to the wings I found it hard to venture out. Oh! Even the side salads are the freshest around for a restaurant like this. TOP NOTCH from front to back with service to match! Already looking at the calendar for our next visit.... “Went for the first time today. Girlfriend got chicken curry- mild and I got the Chicken korma but indian hot. I've had indian food plenty of times and it was nice to a see a place not afraid to bring the heat. The garlic naan was great countered the heat of the korma perfectly. Will return“

“Service is definitely over the top in a good way. The staff really tries hard to take care of their patrons. Food is pretty good, nothing super extraordinary. However, for the price you can't beat it. Beer selection is obviously extensive, but a lot of it is canned or bottled which is fine because they serve everything nice and cold. Overall I think Beer 88 is a great spot in Wyndhurst for some good food and drink. Props to the servers.“

“I was a bit worried after reading the reviews for this place, but after visiting twice, I must say the ice creams are amazing and the staff were very kind. It is a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the flavours are amazing!It is also a bit messy to take as takeaway, so eat quickly!“

“David waited on my family last night at the counter because I am older and hate a kiosk. He was very friendly and helpful. We bought one of everything and he just smiled and had such good customer service. I don't often visit this McDonald's on Timberlake Rd in Lynchburg VA but it was very clean and everything was nice. Take care of your good employees because I might just return and try to hire him. Thanks David! Kudos to his parents as well.“

“Our son and his wife hired Sourdough Pizza to cater their wedding in 2019 in Harrisonburg and SP was kind enough to drive their pizza truck all the way there to set up and make AMAZING woodburned sourdough YUMMY individual pizzas for all our guests with salad on the side. Everyone was impressed and came back through the line for more...and the line moved quickly too!! I would highly recommend their catering services!!“
