The food has never been less than delicious. If you go during a peak meal time, it gets very busy and the parking is scarce so I recommend visiting during off times. The staff is good, not any sort of exceptional service though.
My wife and I stopped by Sawa for the first time and had a great experience. We both love sushi and were impressed with the quality of ingredients and care in presentation. The staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. AJ our waitperson and Tim the manager, gladly answered our questions and made us feel appreciated as their customers - An uncommon experience these days. I️ love this place. Tim always greets me as soon as I️ walk in the door. His customer service is exemplary. The food is always hot and fresh and it’s so CLEAN! The lunch value is great with many selections.
