“Cute place with fantastic views. Service was great ladies were very helpful and welcoming. We did not eat but loved that they had a soup flight! Had a Hot Toadie - warm cider with cinnamon sugar rum. Perfect for a cold mountain day and got a mug to take home. Cool spot check them out!“
“Came in on a rainy Saturday to test it out since we always loved Devils Backbone canned cocktails and IPAs. It's definitely a large spot when the weather is nice but in terms of indoor seating there's not a ton of seating. Lots of fire pits and covered areas outdoors though so even on a rainy day the place was busy. The outdoor bar was open and we waited in the cool cigar lounge for our table. There was a 45 minute wait even though tables were open (you order by QR code). Our waiter was quite nice though so we never waited long for drinks or food. I highly recommend the nachos and we asked them for more chips because the chip to toppings ratio was large (which is rare). We got the wings too which were perfectly smoky but would have liked a bit more sauce. The food menu was great if you were a bbq fan but would have loved to see a few more simple options like a grilled chicken sandwich, etc. We stopped into the liquor store and the merch area and prices were fair in both, with some nice shirts and the canned drinks to go.“
“What an incredibly beautiful winery! The new building completed in August 2023 is quite the showplace. The fire was perfect for the cold day and the records playing in the background were delightful. The owner, Ed, and his father in law were so welcoming. We really liked the wine as well. We can't wait to bring friends to this hidden gem!“

“Plenty of space to spread out with your group with inside and outside choices. Food is always spot on delicious! But why wouldn't Cider-Mosas be offered in the Cider Barn for Sunday Brunch where you pick up food, instead of in the Distillery Barn?!“
“I like really sweet wine. They did not have a wine that I liked, but my husband liked a few. However, they did have a mead that I really liked. The lady who helped us was so nice. We enjoyed our time there and learning about what they offer.“
“Loved the patio and the views. Beer and food were pretty amazing. We had the pretzel with the queso and beer mustard and the chicken/garlic pizza. Sooo good! Trent our waiter was so sweet and personable. Sitting out there you meet other patrons and just strike up conversations. The atmosphere there is so conducive to this. Loved it!“

“Awesome...barbecue / chicken, great Mac n cheese ? They are in the valley but definitely worth the drive down the mountain if staying at Wintergreen Resort. Maybe 10-15 minute drive. I'm from NC and we have the BEST barbecue. But this was definitely a close runner up.“

“Looking for a good brewery, and a place to eat look no further. We did have to wait for a table, but we were seated far quicker than the expectation. This is by far the best brewery and Restaurant close to the Wintergreen resort area. The beer was absolutely fantastic and the food was incredible. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and it was by far the best one I have ever had. Also, had the Parmesan fries so delicious. The service was great and very attentive. We had Martha as our server she was fantastic!“

“Cider’s been a new thing for my better half and me since moving to Central VA. We’ve driven by Bryant’s a host of times. On Saturday, I made a solo journey out because my honey had a book club gathering. Glad I did. There was music, but best of all, I got to try my first dry Virginia cider. It’s way less sweet than some of the “bigger” cideries in the area. But dry doesn’t mean, less viable. In fact, I really dug the dryness, plus there were a couple of sweeter varieties. The Apple Pie was enjoyable with about half the sugar of the sweet ciders that many seem to like. I do not.I enjoyed their Dark Unicorn, which is bourbon barrel-aged and really enjoyable. Oh, the Punkin Spice was a nice fall variety. The rustic barn setting of the tasting room makes for a more comfortable setting when the weather’s cold and outside just won’t work.Great staff that makes you feel welcome on your first visit. Will definitely be back.“
