I’ve been twice and both times were better than any music festival I’ve been to. Very well organized and ran. The camping is phenomenal that time of year in that part of the country. They take it a step beyond with the amenities and cleanliness they provide. I’ve already purchased mine and my wife’s tickets and campsite for this year!!
5 stars overall but eating without AC was not ideal. The food and service was outstanding. Price is on point for selections and drinks were great.

Devils Backbone Basecamp Brewpub offers a varied experience, catering to diverse visitors from bikers to families. The food quality is consistently good, with dishes like the popular chicken nachos providing a deep, smoky flavor. The burgers are described as thick, juicy, and cooked just right, making them a highlight of the menu. Guests can still enjoy the restaurant's great beer selection, including the smooth and malty O’Fest beer, which pairs well with a meal and is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
While some areas may be closed during the week, the property is very nice, with tent and RV camping sites available. The bathhouse is convenient and clean, and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in nice weather. There is also karaoke on Friday nights for entertainment. However, the service can be inconsistent, with some servers making visitors feel unwelcome and bartenders being unacknowledging. Despite these issues, the friendly waitstaff enhances the dining experience.
The Brisket is described as "INCREDIBLE," and the smoked cream corn and 8 Point IPA are also praised by customers. While some visitors have had negative experiences in the past, the restaurant seems to have improved, with one guest describing a "really good experience" during a festival visit. The only minor concern raised is the $.30 Delivery Fee, which could be avoided by dining in the kitchen. Overall, Devils Backbone Basecamp Brewpub continues to provide a fun atmosphere for visitors.
