“Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we booked because as soon as we heard about a dessert truck, we were sold! Neither one of us are big cake fans, but we love gelato and pie so this was a no brainer for us. Meredith and her staff are so easy to work with! We had our tasting with Meredith where she created customized comment cards with our names on them for tasting the different options - so cute! Pronto Via’s manager was at our wedding and was SO friendly and even let us climb up into the truck for a few adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the number one thing our guests keep talking about after the wedding and were clearly a huge hit. We look forward to going back to Lexington to visit their store so we can keep enjoying all of the delicious gelato!“

“Stopped here on the way home from a road trip and was not disappointed. The brick oven pizza is delicious! The perfectly charred dough was soft, light and flavorful. Sauce and toppings were solid too. I had a Hazy IPA which was good, but the pizzas honestly stole the show.“

“Pure Eats is right on the edge of two college campuses, so in my mind, it’s the perfect college kid eatery. Food was made quickly, but appeared to be a lot of pre-prepped things (hashbrowns in a triangle shape). College kids work there and are fun to interact with. The menu has a good variety, there’s lots of parking, and the space is great. It was overpriced IMO for the quality. Probably not our first go-to, but a good stand-in if everything else is busy.“

We were here a little bit ago before the fall leaves came in and I told my fiance, we HAVE to go back to see the Mountain View’s and the trees now that it’s fall and the icing on the cake- Laura was our server, again! Seriously our favorite place in Lexington to get a beer, sit outside, and just enjoy!“
