Good overall. Food always good at 5 guys. Sometimes the service isn't the best but they can get busy and don't have enough staff sometimes so it's not their fault. Atmosphere is alright alright, is what it is attached to the mall. You have to use the mall bathroom.
Great place, definitely not a place you want to go if you are watching your wallet, the food is slightly expensive, but it tastes great, the staff is great, and it has a friendly atmosphere.

Food is good but the prices are just obscene. Then you try to save a couple of bucks by getting water, and they give you an almost comically small cup. Almost impossible to spend less that $50 with a family of 3, then they have the gall to ask for tip when checking out even though you have to stand there waiting for your order number. That would be fine if you werent paying such a high price. I would go here much more often if the price reflected what you get
